We were difficult customers, intentionally. Past negative history with dealerships gives us anxiety just thinking about going to another one. But this time it wasn’t a bad experience. I made contact with Ronnie in June 2025 with a list of things we needed to have in.a newer vehicle. He did his best over 2.5 months to meet that list. We finally found a truck within our budget for the next 3 years and it had all the things on our list. Ronnie stayed in constant contact but was not intrusive or annoying about it. Even when we had a family issue and we couldn’t think about new trucks he stayed in contact sending best wishes for our family. Ronnie is likable, always professionally dressed and is the sole reason for going back to Campbell Ford. There were other instances with other named employees that almost kept us from coming back. It was Ronnie that brought us back for the final purchase. We will come back when ready to trade in for another truck - IF Ronnie is still there. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and I would rate their politeness 5 stars. I took my truck in for a recall that I scheduled almost a month prior. I assumed they would have the parts in stock since their politeness 5 stars. I took my truck in for a recall that I scheduled almost a month prior. I assumed they would have the parts in stock since it was just recall service. But they had to order them. It was very quick, but I still had to wait a day. I struggled to get back when the service department was open so they had my truck in their way for a week. Here is the frustrating part I drove to the dealership the showroom had several people working but service was closed. The staff apparently can not do anything with service department concerns. So I had to drive back another 30 miles each way the next day. I finally have my truck back and everything seems to be right and correct. Staff were all very polite, just wish they could have done a little more. It was a free recall so perhaps my experience would be different if I had to pay them. When that day does come I won't be calling Campbell Ford. More

This is helpful so I can plan ahead. In this case, he noted my tires are getting down to where they will need to be replaced. I expressed interest online and was contacted by Eric a hours later. He did an excellent job understanding my needs and scheduling an appointment for me to come in. Upon my arrival he had already identified several trucks that fit my initial interest. Which really made the process of looking fast and enjoyable. He offered several Solutions to get us the truck we needed and also identified my employer discount which I was grateful for. He was good with communication as he was working to find a truck for me.
