I seen the car on website, called dealership and told them I was out of country, but I want it when I get back. The employees were very amenable and the dealership is very well maintained, however, I think five hours to make a purchase is a bit much. When I got there they said my appt was the week before; it wasn't. They offered that appt but I couldn't because I already had another appt. that day so took the appt for 2/14 at 10:30. First they told me they couldn't work me in, the offered to come to Coloma and get the car and then bring it back. I said I'd just take it to Sparkle. They did work me in after checking with the service manager. They said my battery was in the 'red' zone; asked if I wanted to replace it. I said no. When I got home I looked at the mfg CCP was compared to what my battery was and my battery was 80% of mfg CCP. Unless a person is having trouble starting their car, 50% is more the norm to replace a battery. Other than that they were quite fast, apologetic about the appt mixup and washed the car. More
