I had an appointment for an oil change, even arrived early yet took nearly 90 minutes. I was told that they would wash my truck and did not do that. The following day I took my truck to one of your com early yet took nearly 90 minutes. I was told that they would wash my truck and did not do that. The following day I took my truck to one of your competitors to have the front brakes replaced. They completed the job in 45 minutes. How do you think I should rate your shop? You guys need to do better. More

My sales person, Erik Blad, was straightforward and no nonsense even with a special order truck. The rest of the team was great too (Brian Lares, Jack Bell, and Bill Fletcher). Van had a trouble code that Indicated misfire in a cylinder. Assured me that they fixed it. Drove it for 2 days and the code came back. Took it to my mechanic, no pressing 2 cylinders, had to buy a ne cylinder. Assured me that they fixed it. Drove it for 2 days and the code came back.
