I’m so very sorry for the situation. I was made aware of this situation which happened while I was on vacation. I understand you have a beautiful Jeep. This was obviously not our finest hour. You can see by the other reviews this is not a normal experience for our customers. We most definitely could have done much better to make sure that final inspection was completed exactly as we have it outlined.
