Everybody at the dealership was very friendly and concerned about how well we were being taken care of. Any question we had or anything we needed was taken care of very expeditiously. The waiting area is pretty new and makes waiting a little while nice. I almost wish they were slower so that I could have hung out there more. I live in New York and found a pre-owned Mustang located at this dealer after an internet search. I'd tried Ebay, Craigslist, the local classified ads, etc with little success. My search brought me to the C at this dealer after an internet search. I'd tried Ebay, Craigslist, the local classified ads, etc with little success. My search brought me to the Campbell Ford website, I entered my criteria and had they had several hard to find models, in stock. I emailed a message through the website and received a response within an hour. They emailed me personally, not some generic form letter and answered all my questions without sales pressure. -I'd asked for specific photos of various areas of the vehicle, got them. -I'd asked for a Carfax and any info about the previous owner, got it. After a dozen or so emails in the space of two or three days, I asked them to call me so I could discuss the next step...the owner himself called! He understood my reluctance to purchase a vehicle (used, mind you!), for sale hundreds of miles away from NY, sight unseen, off the internet. He gave me his word and I felt comfortable enough with that after our conversation. Further, he evaluated my trade-in and offered me a price that made it well worth the trip from NY to MI. The next day my wife and I drove out and the rest is history. As a small business owner myself, I take note when others run their businesses like I run my own. They earned my business and loyalty. I have bought several cars from Campbell Ford and have always been treated very fairly and professionally. I have had my cars in the service department numerous times, and have also used Campbell's Body s always been treated very fairly and professionally. I have had my cars in the service department numerous times, and have also used Campbell's Body shop on at least 4 occassions for fairly major repair work. In all cases I was treated fairly, and I was offered assistance in getting around while my car was being worked on. On a few occassions I had emergency situations with breakdowns and a lost key at just the wrong time, and a Campbell representative has come to my rescue. I feel like when I call them I am calling the front desk of a five star hotel. They bend over backwards to help. More
