I had the best car buying experience EVER at Campbell Ford Lincoln. Everyone in this dealership was as sweet as pie. All beautiful people. From the moment I entered the dealership to the moment I drove off the lot I had no complaints. I scheduled a test drive of a new nissan that I had stumbled across on the internet a week prior to purchase. I was only online because I was at a nissan dealership in my area and I just experienced the worst customer service of all time. A week later we decided to drive to Niles from Chicago to see the car. I knew I wanted a new car I had no idea I’d be driving back to Chicago with it. When we arrived, they were expecting us, the car was clean and Sally was ready for me to take it for a spin. She let me tour the town of Niles actually. Sally had an answer to every question I had, I was impressed. When really she was just prepared and I appreciated that so much. We appreciated the hospitality so much that we decided from now on when we’re in the market for a new car, we’re going to check out Campbell Ford Lincoln first. I guarantee you’ll see you again.
