All employees were great, but salesman was the best! I had shopped around for a new f150. Drove 2hrs to deal with Campbells, based on inventory and reputation. As a solo woman, male car salesmen often speak down to me. In one dealership, I specifically asked for a sales person with towing knowledge ( I tow a 20' camper around country). The guy had obviously never towed in his life, but tried to fake it! Not so at Campbell Ford and certainly not with DAN MARSHALL. We had a great rapport. He knew his product well enough to answer my questions or BE HONEST about not knowing and find the answer. I felt he understood my needs and worked hard to meet those. He was not pushy, but not passive either. It was understood that neither of wanted to feel like a loser and I believe we came to an equitable deal. Decent trade-in amount was given too. Bottom line, I felt respected during and after the deal at Campbell and am happy with my purchase. More
