New Car for Our Daughter After Deer Accident Our 17 year-old daughter had her car totaled by a deer after having it for only a year and a half. Serious bummer, but, thankfully, she was unharmed. We had a very quick turnaround to find her another vehicle after the insurance company told us they were totaling it. We were on our way to another dealership to browse when I remembered Campbell and turned around just to see if they might have something. Erik greeted us and established a rapport right away. I told him our situation and the price range we wanted to stay in and he immediately remembered a Mazda 6 that had come in recently. We drove it and our daughter fell in love almost immediately. We didn't make a deal then, but kept it in mind to discuss later. We looked at another car (different make) which was nearly identical in mileage and amenities and really struggled to decide which would be better. We went back to Campbell the next day and Erik worked with the manager to get us into the Mazda at our price point. Our daughter has had her new car for two days now and adores it. As parents, we feel we put her into a safe, nice-looking car that will, hopefully, last her for a few years at a price we could afford. He is working hard to streamline the appointment process. My husband is a very fussy person and he actually enjoys calling Campbell’s service department to schedule oil changes and mileage checks. No longer happy Needed a tire fixed, brand new tire, screw in about 2 inches from the sidewall. Guy changing tire said couldn't be fixed, screw to close to sidewall. I'm driving and talking on my phone as I'm talking to you I'm holding the steering wheel to the right the entire time when I hold the steering wheel straight I am in the other lane. I got tires on my truck from Discount Tire they did an alignment for wheel alignment 0 problems I take my Lincoln MKX to a Lincoln dealer for an alignment free f****** times and can't get it right. Unbelievable nobody test drove this car if they did and how the steering wheel straight they would have found that the car goes in the the next Lane so tomorrow I'll be riding with your master mechanic and your manager of the service department and we'll take this car for a ride and they can see exactly what is wrong with a vehicle I am not a guitar expert but I do know that I'm supposed to be holding a steering wheel straight when I hold a steering wheel straight I turn left you guys got to get your s*** together you are 5 minutes away from my house and I want to buy a car from Campbell Ford but I cannot trust the service department that left lug nuts off my car and can't even align a vehicle I did alignments back when I was a kid and I don't know if somebody's learning on the numbers that are on my computer print out because it is all in the green and everything looks okay but putting the steering wheel straight I turn left More
