Dan remembered my requirements or desires of seeking a used truck My wife and I made an appointment and went to see his vehicle suggestion. We were amazed at the excellent condition and beauty of this truck. Mr.Marshall wasn't pushy and tried to meet our stringent financial limitations. After determining our top payment limits his organization turned somersaults to meet them. We left as happy campers. P.S. The second day a piece of plastic bumper came loose. I went back to Campbells for them to see. Unbeknownst to them the plastic had been glued on by the previous owner. Campbells made it good by replacing the piece with a new one. No haggle - no fuss. Sale of Used Car back to Dealership I inherited my parents car and this left me with excess vehicles. I knew a 13 year old car with 97,000 miles had some issues and I told the dealer about them and they still made be a fair offer compared to Kelly Blue Book value. Their employee Erik Blad worked with me and the used car department to arrive at a fair offer. He allowed me overnight to consider their offer and even gave me a ride home after the sale. The vehicles were professionally serviced! I actually had two vehicles serviced. The first a 2017 Escape had a damaged tire due to Michiana roads. The other was 2010 Transit connect. It was promptly services including checking potential problems with backup sensors. as I have come to expect from the service staff, all work was high quality and promptly completed. More
