Great Experience Dan Marshall was a great salesman; very willing to do whatever was needed to make the sale and make us happy. We did have a little problem with the Serius radio and the fact that there was no owners manual with the car, but Dan corrected both of those issues. Family Reunion initially when I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and concern on my interests. Not like the rest Dan was great! Did what he said, made it easy and did it quickly. I frequently purchase vehicles. I don't play games, however, most dealers do; durin Dan was great! Did what he said, made it easy and did it quickly. I frequently purchase vehicles. I don't play games, however, most dealers do; during some time in the process the true dealer in them comes out. Besides a mess up with the manager shopping me around to multiple places for the best rate, after I specifically stated to only shop me to the agreed finance co (they did try their best to make it up to me - have to give credit where credit is due), Dan and Campbell Ford kept their word and bucked the trend. This was about as good as it gets when purchasing a new vehicle. I will definitely come back next time around. More
