Buyer Beware The sales people are indeed friendly, but omitting important information is the same as being openly dishonest in my opinion. We bought a used vehicl The sales people are indeed friendly, but omitting important information is the same as being openly dishonest in my opinion. We bought a used vehicle with the push button start. Knowing that new cars come with 2 keys we never assumed there would be only one, so we never felt the need to ask. It took 5 hours to complete our deal, which was way too long. In that entire time the salesperson never felt it was necessary to inform us that there was only one key fob for this vehicle. When we finished our deal and asked for the second key we were told there was only one and that we should probably go to ebay to get a replacement. Considering that is a $260 item when you add in the service for getting it working and cutting the internal key, that's a big omission. Gone are the days you can go to lowe's and get an additional key cut for your vehicle, so a little upfront information like that is just being an honest salesperson. We called the manager when we got home and realized this was a much more expensive venture than we had expected and they gave us the run around for a day then said they'd take off a big $40. Pretty sure that they'd still be making a tidy sum on that purchase. More
