He went above and beyond to help us as we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. We didn't make a purchase the first day, but when we returned the next day he was there with a smile and a handshake, and helped us make a great deal. Business manager Bill Fletcher was also very knowledgeable in helping us select just the right plan for financing and warranty.
