Campbell Ford offered me what I thought was a fair price for a car my parents had purchased at the dealership. I knew a 13 year old car with 97,000 miles had some issues and I told the dealer about them and they still made be a fair offer compared to Kelly Blue Book value. Their employee Erik Blad worked with me and the used car department to arrive at a fair offer. He allowed me overnight to consider their offer and even gave me a ride home after the sale. Thanks More

The vehicles were professionally serviced! I actually had two vehicles serviced. The first a 2017 Escape had a damaged tire due to Michiana roads. The service center assessed the damage and provided a replacement tire while completing routine service on the vehicle. They identified that I had hazard coverage to coverer the cost of the tire. The other was 2010 Transit connect. It was promptly services including checking potential problems with backup sensors. as I have come to expect from the service staff, all work was high quality and promptly completed. More

New Car for Our Daughter After Deer Accident Our 17 year-old daughter had her car totaled by a deer after having it for only a year and a half. Serious bummer, but, thankfully, she was unharmed. Our 17 year-old daughter had her car totaled by a deer after having it for only a year and a half. Serious bummer, but, thankfully, she was unharmed. We had a very quick turnaround to find her another vehicle after the insurance company told us they were totaling it. We were on our way to another dealership to browse when I remembered Campbell and turned around just to see if they might have something. Erik greeted us and established a rapport right away. I told him our situation and the price range we wanted to stay in and he immediately remembered a Mazda 6 that had come in recently. We drove it and our daughter fell in love almost immediately. We didn't make a deal then, but kept it in mind to discuss later. We looked at another car (different make) which was nearly identical in mileage and amenities and really struggled to decide which would be better. We went back to Campbell the next day and Erik worked with the manager to get us into the Mazda at our price point. Our daughter has had her new car for two days now and adores it. As parents, we feel we put her into a safe, nice-looking car that will, hopefully, last her for a few years at a price we could afford. Thanks to Erik and Campbell for making our buying experience a great one! More

It only takes him minutes, not hours, to tell us if the item to be serviced is covered under warranty. He alerts us to factory recalls that pop up on our vin number. He is working hard to streamline the appointment process. My husband is a very fussy person and he actually enjoys calling Campbell’s service department to schedule oil changes and mileage checks. More
