On The Road Again! I had no car and was greatly in need. A flyer came in yhe mail stating call and verify winning number. I called Campbell, left a message and Eric re I had no car and was greatly in need. A flyer came in yhe mail stating call and verify winning number. I called Campbell, left a message and Eric returned my call. Eric offered to come get me, he arrived on time and we spent a productive day together. I looked over a few vehicles and test drove one; it felt good. Eric patiently walked me through the entire process maintaining his professionalism and warm personality. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever needed to ensure my satisfaction AND happiness from the first phone call until I received all paperwork two weeks later. I know he meant it when he told me I could call him with any questions or concerns. Thank you Eric and Campbell. I am very pleased with my Ford Escape and the customer service. We were only planning to be in Michigan for about 36 hours and knew we wouldn't make it home without doing something about the brakes. On a whim, I checked the internet for a dealership on the way and found Cambell. I knew we would be pushing it because they closed at 6 and we wouldn't arrive till a little after 5. We pulled into the dealership and Scott met us with a warm Michigan welcome. We told him we were interested in looking at Explorers and he showed us a large selection of really great inventory. Looking at the time I asked him if we could make a deal before they closed. He said absolutely. The team pulled together a great deal, trade and the financing in short order. We transferred all my daughters college bound belongings and we were on our way. Buying cars is not something I enjoy but our experience at Campell turned out to be one. Friendly dedicated sales staff. I went to Campbell’s with a list of specific wants and needs for my new truck. Out of their way for service I came in to view a car I saw on line. It turned out the car had too many miles to be financed. Dan went our of his way to find me an even better ca I came in to view a car I saw on line. It turned out the car had too many miles to be financed. I am recently windowed and felt Dan and the team there were looking after me to get me the best deal possible. Horrible Experience When Normally Provided with Great Servic Scheduled service appointment/recall work week in advanced. Asked about lender but was told that since work wouldn't take long (give 2 hour estimate) Scheduled service appointment/recall work week in advanced. Asked about lender but was told that since work wouldn't take long (give 2 hour estimate) they could offer a shuttle but not a lender.. no big deal. Dropped car the night before the appointment. waited for call the next day... 2 hours from time of appointment, nothing, 4 hours... nothing.. started calling... transferred to sevice department 3 times ... no one answered.. it wasnt until I explained to call taker that I had called 3 times did I actually talk to someone. When I finally did, got put on hold, someone picked up, then after realizing I wasn't the right person they were looking for, hung up. So I called back again, talked to some other people, was told the car wouldn't be done until 5, when asked why, got hung up again... called back again.. was promised a callback... waited an hour... no callback.. so I called back again.. promised another callback... finally.. 20 minutes later got called back.. was told that the time was wrong for the recall... when asked why no call to update during the day.. never really given a reason... All I can say that this is not typical of the service I normally receive but is a strong enough reason not to return More
