We had a blast! I knew going in I was serious about buying a certain vehicle. He quickly responded, grabbed the keys and we were off. He was extremely helpful and not pushy, we hit it off immediately. Got back as I had to get to work, told him to have it ready for pick up after 5 and he did and I love my new car. Dan was great and I definitely recommend him. The rest of the staff was great also, great group of people right there! More

Just a bad day Had a new service writer and I didn’t have an appointment. Let me say, there is Always room for walk ins. Even though he got me in, I felt like it was going to be awhile since I didn’t have and appt. for an oil change. 2 hours later I was presented with a estimate of $550 for additional work. I was actually kidding with a gentleman in the waiting room that when you bring in your vehicle it always $500. Sure enough his horn was $575. 2 hours later they brought around my car and it wasn’t even washed. Private service center provide better service. This dealer is one of the lowest rated in the country. More

Plus I like knowing that I’m getting Ford parts instead of after market parts. As for the sales man, Carl is the best! He helped me find something that fit me and my needs. I never felt that he was pressuring me to get something that I didn’t need. Ask for Carl if you go there to purchase a vehicle. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles.
