Overpriced underserviced I’ve been there at least 5 times now. Always costs more than anticipated; with an oil change won’t check engine sign without charging me an additiona I’ve been there at least 5 times now. Great Experience as Usual Made another purchase at Campbell Ford. This time I did a lease. Discovered this would be the best option to do given my circumstances. Routinely Surprised This is my first experience with the Campbell Service Center. I needed a routine oil change. They were super polite and accomodating from the beginnin This is my first experience with the Campbell Service Center. I needed a routine oil change. They were super polite and accomodating from the beginning, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was greeted and expected with politeness and professionalism (scheduled the appointment earlier in the day) then escorted to their very clean and bountiful waiting area (selection of fine coffees, cookies, even popcorn). After about 45 minutes of kicking my feet up in their lounge and watching local news, they collected me and walked me through their thorough multi-point inspection (filled the fluids, checked brakes, rotated tires, etc.); assuring me of the pristine condition of my car which was waiting for me right out the front door. Thanks Christi!! More

Scott was fantastic, helpful and do informative!!! Scott was great! Unfortunately wasn't able to close the deal, but was no Scott's fault in any way!!! I'd recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy a new car! Not sure who manager was that day, but letting someone with 3500 cash down and was approved walk away is not the brightest crayon in the box.
