Transmission failure turns into multi-week ordeal Major transmission failure, 2 tow trucks bills, weeks in the shop, Unfortunately major body damage [rear passenger door, rear quarter panel and right Major transmission failure, 2 tow trucks bills, weeks in the shop, Unfortunately major body damage [rear passenger door, rear quarter panel and right rear rim] was done to my vehicle while at Campbell Ford, more weeks in the shop. The dealership was very forth-coming regarding this matter and provided a loaner vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle I found the paint color did not match, the door was leaking water, and the car was filthy and not prepped after weeks in the body shop. Campbell has given me a loaner which I appreciate. I am now on my third loaner. [C Max had a defective fuel fill neck (you can’t get gas out of leather shoes). The second had a “charging error, Service Rngine Now” warning.]. This was and is a perfect storm of things that can go wrong all stemming from a transmission failure on a 2012 Ford Focus. At this point I am out over $500, and I still do not have my vehicle, 6 weeks today. More

I made arrangements with salesman Carl Gilbert to test drive the Raptor on Saturday morning, June 30, and immediately made a deal for the truck. I picked it up and drove it home on Monday, July 02, and couldn't be happier with the new truck. I feel like I received a fair trade-in price for the truck I was planning to trade in. Overall, the price of the Raptor was within the price range I was willing to spend. As anyone will tell you, I would rather pay less... always, but at this writing I am very satisfied with the deal we were able to agree upon. Carl Gilbert made the transaction very smooth and painless, and with Bill Fletcher's help, the financial portion was explained clearly and handled promptly. More

Even after I told the salesman, Erik Blad, that I was just looking, not ready to buy, he was so helpful and giving of his time with great follow up. Bottom line, he converted a life long Chevy fan. None of the other dealerships I visited have done any follow-ups, any call backs, nothing. It was like they wanted me to do all the work to find out why I should purchase their product over another brand. After several visits with Erik, he set up a test drive. I called him back and said I had decided to hold off from buying right now. He said he would keep in touch and he did. I bought the Ford Edge.
