I'm pretty relaxed on what I "want" out of a car, so I'm an easy customer to begin with. I appreciate being able to text numbers, photos and other details so I can still go about my day. Having the paperwork all ready to go is what I appreciate most. The experience overall takes very little time and that's what keeps me coming back.
