Spoke with who I thought was a nice man on the phone. Left work to go test drive a vehicle and turns out that guy was beyond discriminating to the point where we walked away from the truck we loved. We then called a manager and she then transferred us to another manager because that’s how much we loved the truck and we didn’t want anyone else to have the experience we did.. so we reported it. Long story short, no call backs and instead a salesman offered a trade in value thousands of dollars under Kelly blue book. Beyond speechless. I am a manger myself and I know in retail, it’s customer service. It’s respect that gets you further in life. Not a sale but a good experience. Absolutely disappointed and will for sure be letting this known. More
