I brought my car in for an oil change at 7 am, but after waiting for an hour and a half I still had not been called to the front. Even though I received the text that it had been completed… I finally went u waiting for an hour and a half I still had not been called to the front. Apparently they were super busy checking people in and couldn’t find time to come get me. I would highly recommend changing or adding the option to just text people to ask them to come to the front. it would save a lot of time on busy days. More
