Terrible service department. I waited over 45 minutes to get the keys to my car, after the phone call that my car was ready for pickup. Just brought a 2022 Silverado 1500 4wd short bed with 2. 7 turbo motor. It will get better mileage than the 5.7 Dodge ram quad cab long bed I rarely drive. Camp was personable and efficient. This happens to be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Zedidiah Zilar is a worthless when trying to talk with him in person and he doesn't respond by phone, AT ALL!!!! This guy, what a joke! I asked him over the phone to take off the extras that raised my payment. he said ok look for it in your email and sign. I looked for 2 weeks, nothing. I went in and saw him personally and he pretended he didnt know what I was talking about. I am STILL waiting for this paper to get to my lender so that my payment will go to what it is supposed to be. I bought my car 2 months ago!!!!! These people are pathetic! They should be politicians. Bought a used truck from them the beginning of the year. The transmission broke the very next day. Told them what happened. They pretty much said sorry about your luck. Normal buying experience; until 3 months later. I bought a vehicle and traded in my old vehicle. I received an impound notice that my old vehicle was still under my name and had been impounded. They wouldn't speak to me in person. Called twice no answer. Finally talked to a person over speaker phone, from the front lobby. Emailed GM & General Sales Manager. After 4 days, still no reply. So beware! Report sale of old car, because unlike any other car dealership, they won't do it and you might get a surprise like me. I will never go back and will tell everyone not to buy here. More

We did the leg work with the bank for the loan so we could drive into the lot and pick up our new truck. Was told everything was a go. We pulled into the lot as the truck we were purchasing drove off the lot with another purchaser. There is no communication between salesmen! The only answers we could get were “I don’t know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do” We were not offered any other vehicles, just a bunch of shoulder shrugs. This car lot is a joke and I would not recommend them. More

AWFUL customer service! I went to look at a vehicle, and they couldn't find the key. The guy texted me later that evening and said that they would have a locksmith come to make a new key, and he would get b they couldn't find the key. He didn't text back, but I was still interested in the vehicle, so I went on the website and used the online chat to see if it was still available. The person in chat said they would have an associate get right back to me- which did happen. I made an appointment for the following day. I show up for my appointment and check my phone to see that 3 minutes before the appointment time, I was sent a text that the vehicle was no longer available. Then the salesman comes out with some line about they have a more expensive something or other...Waste of my time and will never do business there again. After talking to my Father about my experience, he said that last year he was looking to buy a minivan from them and had it taken to his mechanic for an inspection- which he paid for. It came back clean, and he called to purchase the vehicle and was told that it was pulled from inventory. So they have a history of stringing people along and wasting their time. More
