DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM CAMP CHEVROLET! !! All my life, my dream was to own a Corvette. I saved up for years, and in 2020 I was ready. Camp Chevrolet got only 1 C8 Corvette allotment. I !! I was on that wait list for nearly a year. When the glorious day arrived and I got the call that they finally got their allotment I was ecstatic. When I went down to put the money down they said, we want an EXTRA $10,000 or we'll give the car to someone else. Like the desperate fool that I am, I paid it. I had to console myself that I had my dream car. Now that I have it...I HATE MY C8 CORVETTE. I have had it for 3 years, and nearly since day 1 the breaks SQUEAL so loud it could break glass. It's embarrassing to drive my car. The Camp service department says this is normal, and there is nothing they can do. I asked if we could replace the brakes. I was told sure, if I gave them another $16,000. I went to the manager of Camp Chevrolet, put my keys in his hand and said, "just drive it, and see how bad it is." He told me to my face that he wouldn't drive it, and that this is a service department issue. I even offered to let his salesmen use my C8 to demonstrate to other buyers. Strangely he hasn't done that. I have been taking the car back again, and again, and again for THREE years. They just don't care. Nobody is advocating for me. Everybody is throwing their hands in the air and saying, "there is nothing we can do". There is no customer service. There is no sense of responsibility. There is no caring. I will NEVER buy a car from Camp Chevrolet again. Unfortunately, they don't care. More

This is the third car we have purchased from Camp, the two that I bought, were outstanding deals. With a good quality in their used cars. These people are awesome to deal with! It took 2 months for our corvette to be built, shipped and delivered and during that time Toni updated us regularly with phone calls and videos of the process and took the utmost care with everything. And during this time we got to know her, we discovered that not only is she truly a professional in her business, someone we could trust explicitly, she is one of the kindest, thoughtful and caring individuals we've ever met. I purchased a vehicle for the second time at camp chev in spokane. The first time we bought a 3/4 ton Silverado. Everything went very smooth. The second time the salesman was not very motivated. He moved very slow, & had to walk back to the office to get keys several times. Even though i told him ahead of time i wanted to look at 3 specific cars. We were there for OVER 4 hours. The financial mgr went thru the paperwork fast. I thought i understood what warranty & protection plan i was buying & the price for it but, i did not. Because of the way he presented it. When all the paperwork was signed & completed, the financial mgr said call me anytime if you have any questions. Then they washed my car & that is when i saw all the scratches. The car was so dirty i didn't see how bad it was. So i have called everyday, left several messages with the financial mgr & no call back. I do have questions. They don't care about you once the paperwork is signed. Apparently they will ignore you! Things have changed at camp chevrolet, and not for the good of the buyer! More
