I bought a vehicle from camp chevrolet cadillac and i dont know if it was only me but i had a poor experience. To start things off they told me the sale price was going to be 36,--- plus about 1500 for dont know if it was only me but i had a poor experience. To start things off they told me the sale price was going to be 36,--- plus about 1500 for a detail and service; they also told me they were going to throw in free lifetime oil changes that valued $899. After I drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle they had the paperwork filled out and ready to sign. When signing the paper work i noticed they had marked the vehicle up to 39995 and also charged me the 899 for the oil changes. The dealer wrote in a promise agreement to give me the lifetime oil changes but yet still tried to charge me, also they listed a bunch of other options on the vehicle that the vehicle didnt even have they just wanted the blue book value to be at what they were selling the vehicle for. After I got the vehicle home i realized i left my reciever and tow hitch, so when i called they said they had it, but when i got there it was no where to be found evaporated i suppose.lol. About a month had passed since i bought the new rig and needed to take it back for a detail and service but they wouldnt own up and give me a detail, there isnt one thing in the contract that states there is an expiration but the mananger told me that after 30 days it had expired, i live 3 hours away i told him and basically i got the cold shoulder and never ended up with my detail! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here because of the lousy experience i had with them, the lying and trying to fool me on the paper work, not gonna happen. All i say is that if you do buy from them follow the paper work very closly because they will try and slide something past, thats all i got. More
Our salesman (calib) was very good. We were pleased with his service. The financial closer (Dave) was not acceptable to us. he pounded the computer and raised his voice when we did not accept the extended his service. The financial closer (Dave) was not acceptable to us. he pounded the computer and raised his voice when we did not accept the extended warranty. He scared my grand daughter. he appearance was not business like. He wore an open shirt (with no tee shirt) exposing his bare chest. He would have been better on a beach in California. My grand daughter and wife were offended. A buttoned shirt or tie certainly would have been more appropriate and business like. Car windows were dirty. When we rolled down the windows it exposed xxxx on every window. The steering wheel was torn and there was a black dirt like mark on the drivers side post inside the care. There was black splatter xxxx marks on the outside of all four wheel wells. I was offered to return the car to the dearlership but turned it down since it would have not been cost effective for me to return to the dealership for something that should have been down prior to me taking possesion of the car. The car is great and I am happy to have it. I just would never buy a car from them again. I am also having difficulty getting Sharris from the major Cadillac service center (where ever that is) It is a toll free line. I have called three time and he has yet to return my call. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to provide comments regarding this dealership. More
I recently bought a 1996 dodge caravan from camp. my family had grown and wasn t able to fit the car seats in my other vehicle. I was very worried about the age and it had 116k miles. Andrew explained h family had grown and wasn t able to fit the car seats in my other vehicle. I was very worried about the age and it had 116k miles. Andrew explained how their new managment team, spends the time to inspect every used car and made me feel safe that it would be great car. We have had it for 5 months now and still love it. Thanks for doing the extra stuff. More

Terrible customer service. Bate and Switch is only one of the illegal things they do. They crashed my car in the lot the day I purchased it while one of there employees were driving it and they refuse to rep the illegal things they do. From My first visit shopping for a Chevrolet to the day I purchased the four employees from Sales to Finance Manager I was lied to and manipulated. I was first told if I decide to purchase this car the price purchased the four employees from Sales to Finance Manager I was lied to and manipulated. I was first told if I decide to purchase this car the price would be reduced $1000.00 due to my large down payment and excellent credit. I took two more days to shop for comparables in the area and when I went back to Lithia / Camp Chevrolet on Montgomery the price went up and the lies to get me back on the lot started to surface. After the papers were signed and the very high pressure finance department was done trying to push undercoating to tire puncture warranties I requested they double check my fluid levels. They took the car and when they arrived back from the service area across the street 3 hours later the front hood had a new 5 inch long 2 inch deep dent in it. When I pointed this out to the salesman I was told since they hardly made anything on the sale of my new car that I would have to come back to the body shop and pay to have the damage repaired. I now legally owned the car and they requested that I report it to my insurance company for a claim and I again explained I haven't even driven it yet with the exception of the test drive during my first visit with the salesman. One of Camp Chevrolet (Lithia) employees clearly crashed my new car and they refused to repair it unless I paid for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALER! Promises mean nothing to them and they have proven to this 62 year old man that has purchased over 15 new cars in the past 40 years that they will lie cheat and steal to make a sale and will not back there product. I have also learned from past experience that they will fight you even if you purchase the GM bumper to bumper warranty and you have mechanical problems that are clearly covered. To top it all off as I drove away in my new car I felt a very rough ride only to find out I had less then 18 pounds of pressure in 2 of my recommended 40 pound pressure tires and 27 and 23 pounds in the other two tires. I spent over $30,000 worth of car and still had to top off my oil and anti freeze the following day at Altons because no one at Camp/Lithia was able to assist me. (They outright refused to assist me from the bottom salesman to the top General Manager.) They are out for the dollar and words are cheap and no words are cheaper then the Lithia Camp dealer in Spokane Washington. More
