Great I went into camp one day to just look around, and met Al Thomas, I was interested in a Chevy Cruze, but wasn't sure. He gave me his card and I decided that car wasn't for me, so I called Al and told him I didn't think I could afford that car, but said I'd come in to look at something else, I came in and saw a 2012 Mazda 6. After deciding I wanted that car, but I didn't think my credit would be good enough, he was always positive that I'd have that car.I told him it's ok if it doesn't work out, and he kept saying oh it'll work out, and it did. I drove my Mazda 6 home, and couldn't be more happy with the car, all the people I worked with.They gave me a good price for the car and gave me a great price for my trade in. So we have been looking for a Suburban to replace ours that is about to roll to 200,000 miles. We stopped by Camp Chevrolet yesterday and they had (as the salesman said) got a 2008 in a trade in. The price was good, matching with a few I had found online. We left the lot, needed to pray about it and my wife? and I both said lets do it. So I called the salesman back (Jupiter is his name) and asked him the price again and told him after church we would be in to take it for a test drive. So we get there after church and Jupiter was busy so another salesman lets us take the car for a ride. We get back to the office sit down and start giving out information to them. There is no sticker in the window of the car and isn't on the web site, so he asks us how much we were quoted and I tell him and he goes off to run the numbers. He comes back with a price of $4,000 more than the original salesman had told us (TWICE). So we asked to talk to the manager and he came out to talk to us, my wife started to tell him the story and he cut her off and so she said "would you please be quiet and let me finish" and he said don't treat me like a child. The story goes on they get another manager involved and come back with their best price they can do $2,500 more than we were original quoted. I even talked to the original salesman and he said someone told him it was the original price he had told me. Anyone can make an honest mistake, but wow. What a terrible experience, the price they ended up with was actually still a good price. The salesman made one really bad comment and we left, "you would pay more some place else just for the integrity!!!!!!! My wife and I talked and if they would have honored the original price we would have given them the price they wanted. Before I left I told the salesman that if they had integrity I would have paid what they wanted. People around Spokane I would run away from these guys. Pass this along to anyone you know that is buying a car. More

The salesperson I worked with was Slater Kuykendall and I a has been satisfactorily resolved.*** I purchased a car from Camp Chevrolet on 5/30/13. The salesperson I worked with was Slater Kuykendall and I also spoke with the finance guy David Ju. I also spoke with someone there about this situation and I believe his name was Joey. His number is 509-456-7889. Here it now July 9th and not only has Camp Chevrolet not given me the paperwork to prove I purchased the car, but they have also not given me an extra check back I wrote out to them. I feel they have practiced deceptive business practices. I live 2 hours away and I called before hand to ask if I could get something for my trade in because it was an older car. Slater told me yes. I drive 2 hours only to find out they wouldn't give me anything for my car. It would have been nice to know that before I drove all that way as I would have left the car at home. My wife was not present with me to purchases the car so they had me fill out 2 packets of information and also write 2 checks. You can contact them for more details as it's too complicated to explain here. They cashed one of my checks, but did not give me my purchase paperwork. Needless to say I don't have the carbon copies of my paperwork and they have essentially stolen my other check. As agreed I want my check back and I want the carbon copies of my purchase paperwork. And it would be nice to get the title on my car. I was told it would be sent as soon as they received my signed paperwork back. I've heard from no one. Slater said he would call me and I haven't heard from him. It's been almost 6 weeks since I bought the car and I have not heard back from them. I've called several times and no one has returned my phone calls. I feel like I've been totally scammed and I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. It would be nice for people to be professional and follow up with customers and also keep their word. More

A big thanks to Spokane Camp Chevrolet.. they were truly amazing. I had previously been to Knudsen Chevrolet in Post Falls, Id and had found that they were very rude and pushy, held on to my I.D and insuran amazing. I didn't like my experience there one bit. BUT my experience at Camp Chevrolet in Spokane was everything I was looking for, everyone down there was very nice, helpful and weren't pushy at all. If your looking for something new or used I would highly recommend going to Camp! Speak with Ryan Wilson and Ryan Stoker made my experience perfect! We were considering either a Mercedes or a Cadillac and after our test drives, we decided to purchase the 2013 Cadillac XTS AWD Platinum. What a car!! Joey, the sale manager was very helpful and worked to get the best interest rate for us, and Josh in finance made the entire signing process painless. We would definitely recommend Camp Chevrolet Cadillac to our friends and family. More

My daughter was in the process of buying a new car and gave her salesperson two thousand dollars down which he gladly accepted. A week later she came back to attempt to close the deal (she lives 3 1/2 hou gave her salesperson two thousand dollars down which he gladly accepted. During the week she learned the loan amount increased three thousand dollars and she also wasn't happy with the value they had placed on her trade-in. Needless to say the deal fell apart. When she asked for her down-payment back she was told it wouldn't be available until Monday. This was at 6:00 Friday evening. After repeated requests with no success she was assured that a check would be sent FedEx first thing Monday morning. Unhappily she left. It's six days later and still no check. Repeated phone calls have been ignored as well as many voice mails. Randy Price their GM, won't take her calls either. All she wants is her own money back. This is the most unprofessional operation I have ever come across. Not only did they blow the sale, which another dealer has happily completed by the way, I can't understand where Camp Chevrolet's actions can hardly be legal not to mention ethical. I know it pays to shop around, but so far it costs to shop at Camp. GIVE HER MONEY BACK! I can't believe that a dealership that operates seven days a week has no one in the building for two days who is a signer on their account. More
