Absolute lying xxxxxxx service department. I was charged for a catalytic converter replacement. At the time they told me it wasn't covered because it was caused by a bad coil. I then research I was charged for a catalytic converter replacement. At the time they told me it wasn't covered because it was caused by a bad coil. I then researched my warranty. Not only was it covered by the extended warranty, but by two manufacturer warranties. When I went in person to show them the paperwork, they took copies and told me they would call back. Two weeks of nothing. I finally got ahold of the service manager that then claimed the converter they replaced was not a GM part. At no time during the three face to face visits did they claim this. Nowhere on the service breakdown does it state this. They are liars and thieves. They owe me $4000.00. More

They have a number of great deals on '22 Bolt EUV and they wouldn't budge on price nor work with the 2024 EV Tax credit. They had those cars priced a few hundred over $25k - just enough to not qualify fo they wouldn't budge on price nor work with the 2024 EV Tax credit. They had those cars priced a few hundred over $25k - just enough to not qualify for the tax credit. They wouldn't negotiate. Was willing to purchase over the phone - refused to deal. They have decent selection of EVs but they aren't willing to work with nor adjust to the EV market in 2024 for Bolts. I'm sure they will change their minds once those cars are on the lot for another 30 days. Really disappointing because they had the best prices for slightly used '22 EUV Premiere. More
