I brought my Tahoe in for oil change and I was early to my appointment hoping they would get it done early so I could watch the Gonzaga men play basketball. Albert said he would see what he could do. Absolute lying xxxxxxx service department. I was charged for a catalytic converter replacement. At the time they told me it wasn't covered because it was caused by a bad coil. I then research I was charged for a catalytic converter replacement. At the time they told me it wasn't covered because it was caused by a bad coil. I then researched my warranty. Not only was it covered by the extended warranty, but by two manufacturer warranties. When I went in person to show them the paperwork, they took copies and told me they would call back. Two weeks of nothing. I finally got ahold of the service manager that then claimed the converter they replaced was not a GM part. At no time during the three face to face visits did they claim this. Nowhere on the service breakdown does it state this. They are liars and thieves. They owe me $4000.00. More
