My Cadillac began acting up and I needed to seek help. I am from out of town and was on my way to Canada. Found your dealership on my GPS. When I arrive, I was treated professionally and service was available to meet my needs. It did not take long for your service staff to find and correct my car's problems. As I am an older Senior citizen (single woman) I left your dealership feeling confident that my car problems were resolved. Thank you. More
Unsatisfactory finanace visit Walking Into the dealership I was not greeted until I reached the reception counter even though I walked passed two employees just sitting in chairs. Walking Into the dealership I was not greeted until I reached the reception counter even though I walked passed two employees just sitting in chairs. The finance guy talked down to me like I was an idiot when I came in to cancel my gap insurance. He then told me I had insufficient paperwork to complete this cancellation, sent me home to get said paperwork. When I returned he had gone home for the evening passing my paperwork off to another employee (she was great and also in finance) even though I had called him when I was on my way back. Come to find out I didn’t even actually need to provide said paperwork. would I recommend this dealer to anyone? No. No I would not. Not only was the finanace guy rude to me every time I had an encounter with him. I was lied to about features that would be in my car. I signed the paperwork and couldn’t pick my car up until the following Tuesday and when I picked it up it did not have automatic start (which is a feature that was sold to me) or cruise control. When I asked the sales gal about this she said “ oh does this once have automatic start? No it doesn’t” she went on to then insult my intelligence by saying She can’t speak for my memeory but we talked about the car missing features before I bought it. And it’s not her fault I can’t remember. I didn’t rate this experience before because ended up calling the gm and he assisted me with the cruise control but not the automatic start. More

Would not honor 60 day warrenty after purchase. I recently purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra from Camp Chevrolet. Once I got home I realized that the steering wheel did not lock upon shutting the vehicle down. I called in to have the problem resolved and the issue repaired. We scheduled an appointment. When I was there, I was told that the steering lock function was not put on 2012 GMC's. I have searched multiple dealerships service department including Becker GMC dealer here locally. I was told that there is a mechanism broken and that was an fairly easy fix. Camp Chevrolet solutions person contacted me and we scheduled an appointment with the service manager. Again, I was told the same thing. That was not a function on 2012 GMC Sierra's but it was on Denali's. The service manager suggested that I called General Motors. The bottom line here is that the joy of my purchase of a $27000 vehicle has been smashed. I so now which that I would have never purchased from Camp Chevrolet. Would I recommend this DEALER? NEVER! I guess the sales staff should have known product knowledge and shared that up front. Respectfully, an unhappy customer. More
Fantastic out-of-state car-buying experience! Mike McCaughey in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. As I was buying out of state, I wasn't able to look at the car until I was ready to take it off the lot, but Mike went above and beyond the call of duty as far as getting all of the paperwork taken care of beforehand and being super communicative throughout the entire process about what I needed to send in and have with me when I arrived. He got me a great deal and it definitely felt like he cared about me as a customer. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to do business over at Camp. Thanks Mike! More

Don't trust them They took a 1000 dollar deposit and then sold the car to someone else why take deposit. Only email me to say sorry and don't care. They took a 1000 dollar deposit and then sold the car to someone else why take deposit. Only email me to say sorry and don't care. More
Ripped off by the new guy On May 27th I bought a 2007 Mercedes E350 from Patrick. He wouldn't take no for an answer. I wasn't sure if this was the car I wanted and it was close to closing time. He pressured me into the car and told me if I changed my mind and didn't love the car I could returned the car the next day it would be fine. So I went ahead with the purchase, even though the numbers didn't seem right to me. I tried to return the car the next day but was told he wasn't working... something else he didn't mention the day before. I spoke to him on the phone someone at the dealership had him call me. I told him I wanted my KIA Soul back and that I wasn't happy with the Mercedes. The cars warning system kept telling me to check my oil and that I had a headlight out. When we spoke He then told me I signed a contract and he would see what he could do. Needless to say he said he would call me back and never has. I live in Raymond, WA which is an 7 hour drive. I had to return home the weekend was over and I had to work the next day. I drove home that night with only one headlight and was pulled over multiple times. When we spoke I told him I did not want the Mercedes and would just pay cash for the Mercedes if I was stuck in the contract he lied about. I wanted my KIA soul back. He told me the dealership owned it now which was a lie since I bought the car on a saturday night and tried to return it on a Sunday. Licensing Dept wasn't even open to transfer the title. He never returned any of my calls since the one time I spoke to him. I even messaged him on Facebook. I'm not sure why he wouldn't give me my KIA back since I would have paid cash for the Mercedes if I couldn't get out of the contract he forced me into with a lie. I drove home in the middle of the night over the pass with no headlight because I wasn't immediately aware it wasn't working. I was misled and he told me the car had bluetooth for my phone which it does not unless I pay 500 dollars to Mercedes. Replacement headlight cost me a $116. He made a sale by lying and I should have known I was getting screwed because he wouldn't give me his business card. He said he ran out and hustled me out of the parking lot. Patrick didn't call me back again or make good on his fast talking sale. He is a personable guy you want to trust too bad he is dishonest. I'm a cash buyer and he made me finance the car. The whole thing was odd and I should have known better! The guy who wrote up the paper work wasn't much better he wouldn't take no for an answer on the warranty until I got upset not to mention when I said the numbers didn't sound right on the deal he wouldn't explain and rushed me through because it was closing time. I am very dissatisfied! Patrick took a picture that day of me and my son with the car and said he would text it too me, after not receiving the photo I messaged him and asked for the photo. I never received the photo to this day. He is a good con and I will be sharing this experience to anyone that will listen. In my whole life I have never been taken advantage of so badly. If Spokane wasn't 7 hours a way. I think the whole deal was shadey and feel like he thought I was just some stupid women who lives so far away it wouldn't matter if he ripped me off. What he gave me for my KIA was a joke and will probably make a $5,000 profit on it!!!! More
