Good Experience Camp Chevrolet-Cadillac did a great job as usual on my vehicle. They took my questions back to further check out the processes we were seeing on our vehicle. Only issue I had was they seemed to take longer to diagnose my issues and to get the car ready to return to me. They did have to get parts from a warehouse. More

You can trust them Nobody like's having their car in for service. You don't know if you can really trust that A.) They are actually doing the work you are paying for and Nobody like's having their car in for service. You don't know if you can really trust that A.) They are actually doing the work you are paying for and B.) The additional work they may recommend really needs to be done. The vehicle information thing on my dash was telling my my ABS, traction control etc. was malfunctioning. This has happened before. I took it in for out of warranty service. I requested the old part back. It showed where the sending wire had been ripped off the hub (probably by a snowbank), so I was satisfied that it had needed to be done. In addition-and this is where the caliber of the employee shows- the service tech took a couple cable ties and pulled the cable up and out of the way so it won't happen again. A simple yet brilliant fix! And since this was the third time I the hub replaced (once the wire is ripped out, the ABS etc won't work and you have to replace the whole assembly), the fact that he came up with such a great idea without being asked to really makes my day. He never said a word-I noticed it when I put the car up on ramps this weekend to see if I could come up with a fix so it wouldn't happen again. He didn't have to do that-but it shows he cares about the customer AND the quality of his repair. In addition, he recommended a fuel injector cleaning. Since the car only has 59k miles, I said I would think about it (the car was running fine so why would I need to do that?). I thought about it a couple day's, then decided it would be a good preventative maintenance thing to do, since replacing fuel injectors is an expensive repair. I took it in a week later, and when I picked it up and drove away I could not believe what a difference this recommended service made. I instantly noticed a difference. WOW. I thought it ran great before but apparently it really DID need it. It's running like brand new again! Thanks Camp Service Department and thanks to Jared and the tech! P.S The Uber/Lyft shuttle service implementation was a great idea. So much faster and direct. Bravo! More
