I was there for an oil change and everything went smooth and the service was completed within an hour. I worked with Parker Taylor and she kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. Our experience purchasing a used vehicle has been less than stellar. We love the car we purchased, however in the first 30 days of ownership we have had to spend $3000 in normal maintenance items. The ca than stellar. We love the car we purchased, however in the first 30 days of ownership we have had to spend $3000 in normal maintenance items. The car had 65k miles when we purchased and per Carfax had zero maintenance records other than what little Camp Chevrolet did. We had to have the spark plugs replaced, transmission drain/fill, front/rear differential service, brake fluid drain/fill. The rear brakes and rotors were done, but Camp Chevrolet made good on this and replaced them at no cost to us. The tires were at the end of life so we had to replace all tires. I am not sure why or how a car dealership can sell a car with all this needing to be done, especially brakes and tires which is a safety issue. The service manager has been great to work with, but she can only do so much. I have sent two emails to the dealerships general manager who is Justin Robidoux and for whatever reason he does not feel the need to respond to consumer complaints, which is highly unprofessional. Needless to say, I do not feel confident in recommending this dealership for used car sales as who knows the condition of the car(s) they are selling. It has been a very disappointing experience and I do not recommend anyone buy a used car from Camp Chevrolet. More
**BUYER BEWARE** I will start this negative review stating that Toni Cornell who we worked with was great from a sales perspective. Now for the negative part. This pertains to how little Camp Chevro stating that Toni Cornell who we worked with was great from a sales perspective. Now for the negative part. This pertains to how little Camp Chevrolet invests in a thorough go through of any used car they bring in to sell on their lot. We purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback, love the car. However, being there was no maintenance information on Carfax other than what Camp Chevrolet did, we opted to take the car to a Subaru dealership to have things looked over. The most alarming part is that the rear brakes are at 2mm, which most people have them replaced at 3mm as that is usually the end of their lifespan. We were told that the front and rear brakes were done by the dealership, which clearly is not the case. The car was 5,000 miles past its 60,000 service which would include having the spark plugs replaced, dealership did not do this. We also had to have the brake fluid drained and filled, the front/rear differential done, and the fuel induction service. So in short, we bought a car 3 weeks ago and have to turn around and spend $2000 on it mechanically. Needless to say, this is not ideal and how can they sell a car with the rear brakes being worn completely out. I feel as though we got a bit screwed to say the least and will not be recommending Camp Chevrolet to anyone, nor Lithia as they are owned by Lithia Motors. More
Aaron, the Service Advisor was honest and professional. He was able to get me in that same day and the work was completed as promised and quoted. I will be taking my 2017 Silverado back for any future mec He was able to get me in that same day and the work was completed as promised and quoted.
