Was disappointed in the cummication from your dealership about my car. Texted and called I believe 5 times and never did hear back from anyone so I just showed up and was told it would be 30 minutes and it about my car. The sales team was satisfactory. However, immediately upon leaving the dealership, several warning sensors activated, and cruise control was inoperable. When I contacted the dealership, they directed me to their car care services. After an initial attempt to work with them and experiencing terrible customer service, I decided to return the new vehicle due to the safety issues, which apparently were missed during their 171-point inspection. The dealership refused to honor their 3-day "Love It or Leave It" return policy, claiming I had exceeded the mileage limit. They were aware I live 100 miles away and would need to drive that distance. Furthermore, both the General Manager and the salesperson who sold me the car refused to speak with me in person when I returned the vehicle. Their business practices are terrible—they claim you are "family," but this is false. I strongly do not recommend purchasing from this dealership Two weeks later and I am still calling and waiting for communication between either the dealership or the customer care for Lithia. Terrible customer service to say the absolute least. Unbelievable. More
