When I got my car back from having the Zaktek Reapplied luckily I found that they had not touched the roof at all. The first advisor that I spoke to told me I needed to call the company. The second advisor luckily I found that they had not touched the roof at all. The first advisor that I spoke to told me I needed to call the company. The second advisor was at least sharp, enough to contact a manager who was able to rectify the situation right away. However, it cost me time out of my day to get the original poor job fixed. More
