I scheduled my appointment in the morning for 3;30. I arrived an hour early. Noah was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I was in and out in 95 minutes. I buy cars here and do all my service because I trusted the service people to not upsell me every time I go in. I feel this has changed. Now I get a big list of add on charges that they would like to do mo the service people to not upsell me every time I go in. I feel this has changed.
