Great dealership to shop for a Hyundai or Kia. As with most dealerships, their price comes in a little high but is negotiable. Michael let me take the car home over-night so I could take her for a ride to get her unpressured opinion, with no commitment yet on my part. Frankie (Fleet & Internet Director) got involved to make the final figures fit for me...he went to bat and was able to get a higher trade in value for me which is what I needed to clinch the deal. The metal lift bar to move the seat in my 2004 Santa Fe snapped. Broken. You can see and feel the break. Took it in to Nick Mayer. They wanted to charge me over $100 TO DIAGNOSIS IT. Excuse me, but yo snapped. Broken. You can see and feel the break. Took it in to Nick Mayer. They wanted to charge me over $100 TO DIAGNOSIS IT. Excuse me, but you just reached underneath there and admitted it was broken -- it took 5 seconds and you diagnosed it. I left after some choice words and went to Showcase Honda. They welded the part for me to save me having to replace the entire seat track, charged me a minimal amount (with no diagnosis fee), and gave me a free loaner car for the day. Guess where I will not be buying my next car from! More
