This dealership is very close to my home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a car and Shadeed especially helped and worked with me throughout the whole process. To the Mechanic(s) that worked on my vehicle in diagnosing the problems, with the fixing of broken wires to the replacement parts in a professional and timely manner. Do not let them just give you an amount as they will fiddle with numbers and you will pay more. 2. Waiting for / getting into Finance will take 3 hours EVEN if you preDo everything at home. Once you are buying they Don't care! 3. They are disorganized - we waited for 1/2 hour to find key fob - took 3 weeks, 5 texts, 4 calls to get them to mail it. 4. If you don't live in Phoenix they cant MAKE you keep the 1200 in glorified WAX and spray protectant! ZakTek is a scam - MAKE THEM TAKE IT OFF! Super Shady! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. More
I don’t care what the market is like don’t ever tell a customer their lucky to be getting a deal and you’re losing money. Let’s not pretend that you don’t get bonuses from the manufacturer for how many ve customer their lucky to be getting a deal and you’re losing money. Let’s not pretend that you don’t get bonuses from the manufacturer for how many vehicles you sell. The dealership signed a “We-Owe” to me of items that will be done after the sale. Nowhere on there does it say I don’t have the right to choose the vendor they use. Their $2,965 “Camelback Difference” package is a waste of money, DON’T DO IT! You don’t get to dictate what I put on my vehicle. I told them if they pay the $1,450 to the vendor I want to use I’ll release them from all liability of the rest of the items in the package. Instead they’d rather have me take them to arbitration which is going to cost $1,500 just in filing fees that they’re required to pay. Seems pretty ridiculous you’d rather be stubborn about this and make a customer angry but if you want to play hard ball that’s fine by me. More
We had just left another dealership after a bad experience and was expecting more of the same when we entered the Hyundai lot. We met Maurice and his professional demeanor quickly changed our atti experience and was expecting more of the same when we entered the Hyundai lot. We met Maurice and his professional demeanor quickly changed our attitudes. He thoroughly listened to our needs and brought us several options very quickly. He was super respectful of our time and even though we didn't like the original offer for our trade in, was easy to work with. We were able to come to an agreement that worked for all parties and left us feeling very good. I can't say enough about our positive experience with Maurice! The first finance person, Mark that spoke to us was a bit offputting but luckily we were able to close the deal with Tyler who was very knowledgeable, thorough and transparent. Again, very respectful of our time and listened to our needs. We left with a new car and felt great about the experience. More

I bought my Kia at rodeo kia in Avondale in 2015 took it there for a year no issues great service quick and easy. Camelback kia is 5 miles down the road from me decided to go to them worst thing I could have done poor customer service the service reps are extremely rude. the Technicians have NO! Idea what they doing aside from the usual oil changes. They mis diagnose my car issues every time I have wasted 1000s of dollars i should have learned my lesson the first time. Oil changes run about 2-3hr wait. I have been taking my car to rodeo kia for my car needs the last 14months and boy what a difference from their service team. They don’t hassle me regarding my platinum warranty to fix parts breaking down and the wait time is at its minimum. Today my windows motor stopped working and my window wouldn’t go up. I don’t have a garage to put my car in and didn’t want to leave as is with the environmental factors and the fear of someone breaking in at night so I called to see if they can squeeze me in to fix. The service rep Adrian was the rudest guy I have every spoken to. He was short with me and I felt like he didn’t want me to take my car in. Upon arrival he was still short and stand offish with my mother after today I will definitely never bring my car there nor buy any car kia and I will relay the message to everyone I know. I would gladly drive 40min to rodeo kia for my future sales/service needs. And To The service manager the reads this review there is no need to call me to convince to change my review/rating I will not do it this time around. More
