He's a very busy man and very organized in his craft. I have to say buying a car (and an amazing car), was easy, fast and very professional. When it's time I will be back. thank you team, Oh 1 last thing I did not get the young lady who called me the day after, Keep her, she's represents your establishment in the highest standard. More
My experience overall was satisfactory. I first emailed the dealership about being interested in test driving a Hyundai Accent/Sonata, and Anthony Young (Sales manager) emailed me back (ver I first emailed the dealership about being interested in test driving a Hyundai Accent/Sonata, and Anthony Young (Sales manager) emailed me back (verbatim): "I see you are looking for Accents and Sonatas! I have a couple options here ready for a test drive! Do you have sometime to make it in tomorrow around noon? "Any reasonable person would assume that there are indeed Accents/Sonatas to test drive. One star off for this reason. I arrived to the dealership and to my surprise there were no Accents or Sonatas to test drive or even look at in-depth. I spent my time here with Shadeed Monroe, to check out current cars in stock/being shipped/being sold, and he did give me a good product overview of the cars I didn't know much about. He was pleasant and approachable to talk to, and he was able to work with me to negotiate a reasonable price on an Accent. The pricing/payment/negotiation process is where another star gets docked off. This dealership is fixated on first asking customers what their monthly payment plan is, while other more respectful dealerships simply quote the out-the-door price. In addition, This dealership charged a $5,000 markup on an Accent, bringing up the vehicle selling price (pre fees/dealership addons) from $19,360 to $29,652.38. Other dealerships that don't charge this markup and give a fair market price immediately without wasting time. Despite these extra markups, I was able to pull up the fair quotes from other dealerships and I essentially got the markup removed. I was then asked if I wanted to put a deposit to lock-in the vehicle, and I immediately asked for a written refund policy. Instead of honoring my request, my question was dodged and I was told that this dealership is a huge company owned by Warren Buffet and that he wouldn't want to get sued if the dealership doesn't refund a deposit. Why waste time dancing around the question when you can just send me a refund policy? Ultimately, I negotiated the Accent price from $29,652.38 OTD to $24,999.99 OTD. If you have some negotiating power and don't mind the tricks/fees that this dealership, I think it's possible to buy a car at a fair market value. Ultimately, I didn't choose this dealership because I didn't plan to buy right away, and when I asked about availability of other vehicles later in the day, I was simply ignored. For that, the 3rd star gets knocked off. More
Horrible customer and salesman service. Was advertised for one price and when we went to test drive it was a different price. Got it lowered and there were a few things that needed fixed (broken mirror, tire pressure light). When we test drove it we were only given the keys not the fobs. Finally went to pick up car after having the paperwork delayed and none of the repairs were done. The fobs didn't work and obviously we didnt know because they werent provided to us during the test drive. Have gone back and forth with the salesman and manager with no success. Finally have a service appt scheduled but was told that the tire pressure light will not be addressed since it is not a "safety issue". I have boughten multiple cars in the past and never have I had such bad customer service. Very disappointed and very upset that they have not followed through on what was promised. More

I bought my first Hyundai 2 years ago and Shadeed called me offering a newer model. I checked out what he had to offer and long story short, I walked out with a brand new car with better features and warran me offering a newer model.
