DO NOT BELIEVE THE RATING! This location is money hungry, provided horrible customer service and failed to meet their advertised price agreement. Raised the advertised price by over 9000, and provided bogus excuses to justify the change. I am active military, I live STATES AWAY in New York City, and to almost get swindled by a USAA and TRUECAR "trusted dealer" boils my nerves. This is a frequent tactic utilized by this location, as there are more reviews like mine on other websites. I would like to bring this activity to light, and i will be filling complaints with all agencies to have this place removed from any trusted listings. I will be researching additional avenues as well. More

Her and financial staff member "Tommy" showed me that with my credit score of 720, I could turn in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE with 35,000 miles on it, for a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with 300 miles on it, they would absorb more of the negative equity and lower my monthly payment from $550.02 I had been paying for the Hyundai Sonata SE down to $488 for this new Hyundai Elantra (with the "GAP" warranty). I was persuaded, entered into the contract, and I am pleased with the new purchase. This Elantra is my fifth Hyundai as of this writing. Two prior Hyundai Sonatas and two prior Hyundai Accents; the Elantra is a cross between a Hyundai Accent and a Hyundai Sonata, just the right size, power, and cost. More

No one offered me water and I had to ask. No upfront pricing. Treated poorly throughout the process and will not be buying my next car here. Car was delivered filthy and I had to detail it myself. Salesman never called to check on me and I had to reach out to him to get tint added. More
