Best Dealership I've Been To I'm not the typical to leave reviews, but with my experience, I will not ignore to not leave a review with Camelback Hyundai Dealership. I've been to I'm not the typical to leave reviews, but with my experience, I will not ignore to not leave a review with Camelback Hyundai Dealership. I've been to Chapman Hyundai and their sales/service is very poor, not knowledgeable and unorganized. I went to Camelback Hyundai and they provided me with outmost professional care. All employees there was great! I also see the good team work they represent when putting my paper work together. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and I will come back and I will highly recommend! More

When we pulled in we were met by a young lady walking to our car. We told her we were interested in looking at the jeep. She followed us to it and made small talk. We asked to see inside. She said she would go get the keys and that someone named Carlos would help us as well. Came back out without the keys asking us a million questions including if we planned on buying the jeep. We hadn't even seen the inside of the jeep so we weren't sure. She then went back inside to "get the keys" and stood at a desk filling out the paper she had in hand. We stood there for a few more minutes and decided that it was time to go. She clearly did not want to show us the inside of the vehicle that we were interested in. We walked back to our vehicle, passed several salesmen and left. During that time she never looked up from her paperwork. More
Absolutely horrible! Your just a sale. 1st of all bought my car, got warranty. Asked, does this work @ any hyundai dealership? Was told by several yes. That was the first lie. Apparently f 1st of all bought my car, got warranty. Asked, does this work @ any hyundai dealership? Was told by several yes. That was the first lie. Apparently from 1 dealership to the next they do not communicate nor is ANY info in systems. 2nd don't send a friend there. I've been waiting since 1st week in Feb for a $100 check. Good luck getting that, the sales rep. Is no longer returning calls, sales manager is on vacation for almost 3 weeks now. GM? Yeah right, his voicemail not set up, nor will he answer, and ALWAYS IN MEETINGS if you call. Try customer service or complaints, NOPE, they tell you to call the Gm. HORRIBLE SERVICE, GOOD LUCK! More

I bought a used 2016 with less than 50k miles on it less than 6 months ago and it's already required thousands of dollars in repairs. The heated/cooled seats don't work (and haven't since the day I bought it so they obviously sold it knowing this was an issue), that is a $600+ repair. The engine randomly stalls out (obviously incredibly dangerous) and no one can determine the cause. Additionally, the check engine light came on - that was another $500 repair. There is blue smoke coming from the exhaust - that's ANOTHER $750 repair. There was a rather large dent when I bought it that they told me they would fix. I never even got them to fix that. Plus they sold it to me at dark so I couldn't see all the scratches and broken seat belt holder. Please don't make the mistake I did which was trusting this dealership. Also notice that this is the third review in a row about similar issues. More
Sold a faulty engine and poorly taken care of afyer. Careful dealing with this service department. They replaced my faulty engine after it passed the recall test and then died on the side of the freeway. Careful dealing with this service department. They replaced my faulty engine after it passed the recall test and then died on the side of the freeway. Their fabulous technicians then clamped my oil line while replacing the engine which then led to my turbo going out. Of course, they are now denying responsibility and refusing to cover that. Attempted to escalate it through Kia Corporate and that is a worthless cause. Lastly, the service manager also insinuated that their products really aren't built to last much longer than warranty goes. The poor service I have received has my family and friends ready to sell their current Kia and look for a more reliable car, thinking Toyata or Honda. *I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, don't get a Kia. Do not buy a car here Do NOT First all Justin the General Manager is the most unprofessional scammer of the entire place. And then it trickles down from the top. We bought a used First all Justin the General Manager is the most unprofessional scammer of the entire place. And then it trickles down from the top. We bought a used vehicle that had problems Jon stop from the time we drove it off the lot. Most were minor and the warranty covered it but then when they found out the engine needed replacement they held off until the warranty expired so they could charge us $4600 to replace it. We only owed 8k on our car. They are such scammers ! So now we're stuck either paying that or having to buy a new car. We've only had it for 6 months. The car is dead in the garage bc the engine doesn't work due to a oil problem that was there when we purchased it but their claiming it was from a oil change we got 2 months after buying it. Their such scammers. Do not go here and read all their other reviews about other ppls experiences. I am low dealing with their corporate office Berkshire Hathaway and also working with a lawyer. They are crooks ! More

Oh they will surprise you alright.. Trust me when they say Kia will show you the power to surprise you with dynamic HIDDEN FEEs and HORRIFYING experiences that go beyond your expectation Trust me when they say Kia will show you the power to surprise you with dynamic HIDDEN FEEs and HORRIFYING experiences that go beyond your expectations. Read my story below. So I got a new car from this dealership Kia Optima S 2018 (224/227) test driven miles on April 7, 2018. We negotiated a price of approximately 23k for the vehicle and I was very firm on my monthly payments and what I expected to pay the sales person Ian he didn't tell me that it was a firm final offer. So I sign everything and get everything settled and stuff I get called on (04/12/2018) being told the bank won't approve for the length of my term but that I got a lower interest rate and better offer. So this is from TJ finance manager i get in and guess what? Not the finance manager nor the sales person who sold me the car would speak to me, Chris a person I've never met, tries to negotiate with me and tells me the price is gonna be well over $400 a month I told them this isn't what I negotiated and looking at the total price for 72 months the car comes out to over 30k... that's almost 10k more, how are they going to charge me that much? They didn't even bother explaining anything to me, so I said no, what are my options? he didn't give me any, so I did what any reasonable person would do... I took my stuff from the car and gave them the keys, and walked to Honda. So now they are giving me the run around about my downpayment. Seriously, stay away from this dealership. Check out the reviews from BBB and online these aren't lies. They are scammers and try to add hidden fees. So if it's possible look elsewhere. Returning the vehicle was the best decision I made in my life. Go to Honda or anywhere else, they have Kia's there. If anyone is doubting I kept copies of everything and I do hope this review helps others to realize that the car they have they can return if you're bullied into a deal you know that you can't afford, you have time to return it, read the fine detail it's there. Please be aware and know it's possible. Take YOUR hard earned money and time elsewhere where they will value you, clearly Kia doesn't. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, FTC, and go as far as the AG, and the company and leaving reviews on all social platforms. Thanks Kia for allowing me to have the best experience over at Honda 1333 E Camelback Rd and making me realize that Kia isn't worth the time. More
