Honest and no surprises I set up a deal with Mike Kimbrell via email before going to Camelback Kia. I was emailing an calling other Kia dealers in the area, but I kept getti I set up a deal with Mike Kimbrell via email before going to Camelback Kia. I was emailing an calling other Kia dealers in the area, but I kept getting a HUGE runaround the second I asked about an "Out The Door" price. One dealer in particular has great advertised prices on their website. But when I finally got them to disclose the dealer fees (after numerous attempts and hours of waiting for a call or email), I found out their final price, when the dealer fees are added on, puts them above nearly everyone else. I simply didn't want to play the hidden "dealer fee" games on an advertised web price. I refuse to pay over $2000 for overpriced "add-ons" I would never want a dealer to install. I just wanted an answer to a simple question, "What is this car going to cost when all is said and done?" - period. Mike Kimbrell was happy to answer that question. Mike gave me a couple of "Out The Door" prices on a couple of cars. The prices were about where I wanted to be. My wife and I went down and looked at a few cars. We worked with Rodney in sales to test drive and finalize the deal - Rodney was absolutely fantastic. We settled on a car, but they didn't have the color we wanted. "No problem", they said, "We'll get one in a day or two". The paper work came out to sign. The price quoted with fees, tax, title, and licensing was what Mike said it would be. No games! No surprises! Just an honest deal. The only downside we experienced was a very long wait to talk to the finance guy to close everything. I'm not sure what the problem was there - but everything else was great. More

Until we for fortunate enough to meet Justin Frederick, who helped us battle our way through getting a great price for our brand new 2019 Hyundai Tucson. There were a lot of negotiating going on to the point where I thought I didn't think the manager would accept our terms however, Justin had made our dream become reality. This gentleman fights for YOU. I wouldn't recommend anybody else but HIM. If anyone comes here, ask for Justin Frederick. If he isn't available, come back another time. He is worth waiting for. More

I was looking to lease a Hyundai Ioniq, and unlike my experience with other dealers in the valley, everything was easy and smooth with Jermel and Camelback Hyundai Kia team. They even got me a better deal than what I was expecting by checkbook information. We had a hiccup because if you are enrolled in the foreign professional bussines program, you cannot get other rebates you may apply, in my case I wasn't able to get the college grad rebate. However, this isn't Jermel's fault, but a specific problem with Hyundai Motor Finance and a lack of clarity in their policies and the citizenship requirements to access those rebates. Although my interaction with Joe was brief, he was really kind and helpful in the setup of my car. At the end, I got a really good deal, and I'm happy with my new 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Ultimate. But wait, round two awaits you in the finance office and repeat except they have half the personality as those on the floor. It's the same idiotic sales gimmick at nearly every dealership. However, when the sales person and managers are 9's or 10's like my recent experience it softens the blow. When they're 5's and you get to the 2 in finance you leave there like you need a shower. When said and done I'm happy with the deal and car from Camelback Hyundai. More
