Poor response I have had nothing but a very disappointing experience from all aspects of this dealership. I would not recommend them for a purchase. The first issue I have had nothing but a very disappointing experience from all aspects of this dealership. I would not recommend them for a purchase. The first issue I had was the advertised web price. After I decided to purchase, they wanted to charge extra for the finish/strips and the dealer certification. The auto had both of these in the advertisement, it was not as if they were added after the car was advertised. Then I had issues getting my tag, as errors were made by them on the odometer reading. Worse of all was getting a response from any one at the dealership. A lot of talk, little action. I have since traded this vehicle and spoke with Doreen English about getting a refund on the items that I paid for and am due back to me. I followed the instructions she gave and emailed her the information. It has been almost 2 months and I have not as much as got an acknowledment. I should not be suprised, I was told many dealerships do not like to return these funds, it evidently either comes out of their pocket of leaves a negative mark on them and this is the experience I have had with Cadillac of Lake Lanier since I first purchased from them. I would warn anyone to stay away!!!! More

Great Service Department Mary Jo H., our Service Advisor, greeted my wife and I as soon as we arrived at the dealership service area. She was extremely helpful and explained in detail recommended mileage, length of time between service, remaining oil life percentage, etc., which resulted in us not having to have our ATS serviced at that time. I'm sure other dealerships would have jumped at the chance to service our vehicle when it didn't need it, costing us in unnecessary maintenance. We drive 110 miles one way to C of LL (also where we made the purchase) to have our ATS serviced due to the trust we have in each and every associate employed at Cadillac of Lake Lanier. More

I rate them as good to fair, but only one as excellent - Cadillac of Lake Lanier. This is the only dealer that was willing to take the time to research and find my car, and I give Nadir Quadir most of the credit. He helped me through every step of the process. Also Doreen English was great - she found the best finance rate and carefully explained transaction details. Go and see! Ask for Gene or Nadir. More

It has taken over a year to get the,door,edge guards applied I purchased by 2016 Cadillac in September 2016. It is now,January 2017 and I still do not have them. Last week drove two hours (one way) to Gainesv I purchased by 2016 Cadillac in September 2016. It is now,January 2017 and I still do not have them. Last week drove two hours (one way) to Gainesville to get my free 15,000 mile oil change and safety checkup. A follow up visit the following week was required because the service advisor forgot to tell me the first time that an alignment was recommended. But he said the door edge guards could be applied during that followup visit if I would return. I went back (two hours each way from Blue Ridge) and the special contractor,who furnishes the door edge guards was not there that day. I hope to get them from this guy next time I go, but I have yet to be advised when that will be. I need to add that the service advisor involved is no longer with Cadillac of Lake Lanier. More

UPDATE 4 DAYS LATER: Gene and the team stayed in contact with us after leaving, and after a couple days they were able to get to a price that worked for us. Picked up the car today, and we're very happy with everything. Thanks! More
