Fraud from Top to bottom at dealership DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! Went to look at a new vehicle at dealership when our Cadillac was in shop yet again for stuff they can't seem to fix ri DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! Went to look at a new vehicle at dealership when our Cadillac was in shop yet again for stuff they can't seem to fix right, dealt with a liar who claims to be service manager., In sales we spoke with 2 characters who worked like a scam team telling us we had to pay for overpriced locking lug nuts, a scam of $600 interior sealer and paint sealer that we found out from a shop employee was actually a buff job with cheap wax done by a minimum wage worker out back. The dealership calls this crap dealer installed options. JOKE go anywhere but here. We are filing a complaint with corporate as well since we also have information the owner of Lake Lanier is allowing this fraud to happen. Its also should be noted there are no certified Cadillac or Mazda technicians that work on transmissions that are currently employed in shop. When I went to ask a mechanic about issue in shop, the worker stated, ALL Mechanics have quit due to the owners anger issues. NICE. More

Yo-Yo Dealership This is definitely the worst car dealership I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle EVER! We found the vehicle we wanted to purchase on the This is definitely the worst car dealership I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle EVER! We found the vehicle we wanted to purchase on their website for $14,000, went to see it and made a deal for $12,000 and the paperwork was in order for financing... or so they said... They pulled what is known in the industry as a "YoYo deal"... that is where they let you drive off the lot with the car and a week later they call you and tell you the financing has NOT gone through and you have to come in and when you get there, the price of the vehicle has now gone up! If you are not familiar with what a Yo-Yo deal is, I highly recommend you look it up on the internet!! Needless to say, the Owner was WELL aware of his and his employee's shady and frankly, unethical, business ways. In the end, we walked in there with a cashier's check for the full amount of our ORIGINAL negotiated price and they STILL didn't want to sell us the vehicle when clearly there are ZERO financing issues... bottom line... GREED... they wanted more money from the beginning and will try to do just about anything to get it and screwing the customer... You have been warned!!! After all was said and done, they HAD to honor the contracted price, it is a contract, (but they still try to manipulate you) no matter how you pay for it... and we purchased the vehicle at THE $12k price, paid in full and we will never ever recommend them to anyone ever!!! Sad how this small town dealership will take advantage of their own community... More
Service Dept a 5 Star rating Brought our 2014 Cadillac ELR in on 8/2/2017 for a warranty issue with radio system. Was pleasantly greeted by Chase in the Service advisory area. T Brought our 2014 Cadillac ELR in on 8/2/2017 for a warranty issue with radio system. Was pleasantly greeted by Chase in the Service advisory area. They opened at 7:30 and this is very convenient for working families. Chase offered us a new 2017 XT5 to use as a loaner vehicle and kept us informed on the status of our repair. When vehicle was finished our ELR was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new. We also want to thank Keith who was our repair tech that worked on this complicated electric vehicle. He is a talented and highly skilled technician who is a valuable asset to Lake Lanier Cadillac and their service team. 5 star service ! Kim McEnaney More

I've never been to any dealership where that Service Dept is not somehow tied to the Sales Dept / Showroom Floor. They missed the boat, when it comes to customers wandering around (and possibly looking for the next car), but they get the job done. If you have to wait for your vehicle, the Service Dept waiting area is lacking. Cadillac is synonymous with luxury, unless you need to hang out here awhile, but they get the job done. More

THE JUST DON'T CARE! If you love your Cadillac like I do you should never bring your car to this dealership. I brought my 2008 Cadillac CTS to this dealership to get my o If you love your Cadillac like I do you should never bring your car to this dealership. I brought my 2008 Cadillac CTS to this dealership to get my oil changed. they did there free car wash on my caddy and it was a disaster. My car is black and anyone who has ever owned a black car understand how hard it is to keep it looking great. so the new car wash guy washed my car (lol) and didn't wipe down the rims or tires. I had overspray on both sides of my car. On the drive home I notice that the passenger seat has this oil stuff on it. also on the outside I had 2 2in scratches right by the passenger door. PLEASE understand I waited over a yr to find this caddy because I wanted one that was perfect which we all know is almost impossible. (I FOUND THE DIAMOND IN THE RUFF) my interior is flawless no marks on any seats and looks new. I call the service department and they apologize for the terrible work and asked me to bring it back in and let there most qualified wash guy do it again but this time we will do a full detail. I brought the car up to them and picked up my rental. Couple days later the service manager calls me and says that they will not be done today can you come tomorrow to pick up . I couldn't come in for the next couple days bc of my kids baseball. (my wife and I both work 9-6 jobs) she call me back and tells me that they will have the car ready for me at 530. I go up there and as soon as I get out of the rental they take it away and bring me mine. The second he drove my car to the front my wife's hand went up in the air......I cant believe how bad our car looks. they damaged the front chrome with the buffer, (chipped it right off) they never cleaned off the seat, left polish and wax resin all over my car. I am kind of weird I cant stand seeing wax in all the cracks of my car.(trust me its been waxed before I promise and they never left that stuff) the staff doesn't' allow me to get my rental back and tell me I have to take my car and leave. they asked me to reschedule for another time so they can fix it again. my car is here now! how am I supposed to get it back up; here...not there problem. They continued to tell me that me call was old and that's why it is the way it is my car looked 10 times better before I ever let you touch it was my response. they are other problems with the detail but I'm sure you get the point. my car was damaged by them and it looks worse now than before. on top of that no a single manager there gave a rats butt about how we felt. so today I have a messed up grill. spots of wax on my paint tail light and all in the cracks. my passenger seat is ruined with some treatment he tried to use and my car looks like crap!! still haven't heard anything from anyone to help me. there is so much more to this story but you get the point! More

Super Service Dept and Superb Detailing Dept A+ Had my 06 Ford Rangers tires rotated and balanced as well as the oil changed by the Service Dept at Cadillac of Lake Lanier this week. Super easy drop Had my 06 Ford Rangers tires rotated and balanced as well as the oil changed by the Service Dept at Cadillac of Lake Lanier this week. Super easy drop off, and vehicle was completed within the hour as promised. Their new waiting room has couches and a big screen TV that you can control. There was also free phone charging stations and WIFI. Before leaving I decided to also have my interior cleaned by their Day Spa detailing services that Lake Lanier offers. When truck was completed I had a brand new looking interior. A+ to Tony H who took the time to get all stains removed from seats. I highly recommend Lake Lanier Cadillac from Sales to Service.
