Thank you for reaching out It is our company policy that all employee uniforms must be turned in and accounted for by the Uniform Company prior to a former employee receiving their last paycheck. if you had been able to return the uniform directly to the service manager it would have greatly improved the speed of this process. The uniform was placed in a locked bin which can only be accessed by the Uniform Company. We have no way to access the bin to verify the uniform count thus delaying the process. Once our regular rep Melvin returns tomorrow, the uniform count will be verified. Again, this is company policy in most, if not all, dealerships.

Dom, Thank you for reaching out. We went back and reviewed the terms surrounding the purchase of your Jeep last September and we realize where the disconnect is coming from. When you initially arrived, it looked like you had secured financing from your bank that had some stipulations attached. After the sale, there were some continued challenges that caused your bank to withdraw the loan. Even though there were some initial challenges with getting this arranged, we were able to complete the transaction at the original agreed upon price with the check that you were able to bring us a few days later. We absolutely sympathize with the frustrations you encountered in securing financing, but ultimately, those decisions wound up in the hands of your financing organization, not ours. We want to give our guests the best experience possible and we absolutely regret that we were not able to leave an excellent impression on you despite the challenges. In the meantime, we hope you have been enjoying your Cherokee and since it has almost been a year, we want to wish you and your Jeep a Happy Anniversary and many more safe driving miles.
