Sonya .... I'm digging into this situation now ...I'm aware of the rear camera issues ...GM has released multiple repairs for this issue and we have multiple cases we are dealing with. However I'm deeply appalled by the loaner vehicle situation ... The employees of Cadillac of Knoxville strive to achieve excellent Customer satisfaction and 1 dissatisfied customer is to much ...Cadillac Customers Deserve a QUALITY EXPERIENCE and we have obviously failed. I have spoken with Steve Delcour our SERVICE DIRECTOR and we will review this situation and correct immediately...
