Just wanted to say that Steve Patterson and Cadillac of Knoxville treated us great when we were looking for our next vehicle. Steve showed us a 2019 Escalade that was absolutely like a new one. The Cadillac family at Cadillac of Knoxville is an amazing group of people. And I call them family because they make you feel like you are apart of the family. We started buying cars from them back in amazing group of people. And I call them family because they make you feel like you are apart of the family. We started buying cars from them back in 2009 and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Mike “the ref” is outstanding and deserves to be the salesman of the year. We tell him what we are looking for and he delivers. And everyone in the dealership has that same “service mindedness” that makes us feel like our business is greatly appreciated. I have had occasion to visit other dealerships and I say this one is the best hands down. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who wants a true quality car buying experience. More

We bought a new 2020 Cadillac in May of 2020. I will never purchase another Cadillac, I have been so dissatisfied. We have taken it back in the shop 4-5 times I'm pretty sure this is the 5th time but I never purchase another Cadillac, I have been so dissatisfied. We have taken it back in the shop 4-5 times I'm pretty sure this is the 5th time but I have lost count. The customer service has been horrible. The staff wasn't friendly when I picked up or returned my loaner the multiple times. We have been promised for the car to be detailed for our inconvenience twice when it was in and all that we could tell was it may have got washed. The last problem has been with the camera which wasn't fixed. We was told to bring it back in. My husband told the service manager that we had to take off work early each time we was bringing it in. He instructed my husband that he would have a car brought to my work and mine picked up. The car that was brought was totally disgusting! I found a dirty band-aid in the glove box!! I didn't look at the car before he left or I would not have accepted it. The rental agreement from the previous driver was laying in the back seat, so it is very obvious that it wasn't cleaned in between customers. I understand they can't help the issues the car is having but the least they could do is take care of their customers and make them feel like they are being taken care of and care about the problem they are having. I am totally disgusted with my purchase and customer service!! More
Car listed one price on website and 1,000 more on the lot. The salesman was courteous but I was told I was getting a discount of $2500.00 off a car when it was actually $1500.00. The salesman let us believe he was giving us more of a discount than he was. He only admitted it when confronted with what the car was listed for on the website. Ironically the same salesman said he was somewhat offended that I said something he felt indicated maybe I didn’t trust him and we ended up having a serious discussion about that. Once we had decided we wanted the car we purchased it anyway the next day. I like honesty when dealing with a salesman. It is what it is and the TRUTH MATTERS! The website listing and the lot price should match. That way when the salesman is telling you he is giving you a certain discount, there is no confusion with the two listing prices. That way you don’t have to question why your discount was taken from the price on the actual car on the lot as opposed to the lower listing on the website. On the positive side Kenny R. was very courteous and excellent to work with and Brian was excellent with demonstrating the operation of the car and was very courteous to us. More
