Took three weeks to get truck ready for pickup and then three weeks later injectors go out. They did not honor any of what I paid for in extended warranty. Had truck serviced and had valet pickup and guy w three weeks later injectors go out. They did not honor any of what I paid for in extended warranty. When I purchased my car 2 years ago at this location under different ownership we were very well taken care of. Last year I took my car in for service, they said my power steering fluid was low and it a under different ownership we were very well taken care of. Last year I took my car in for service, they said my power steering fluid was low and it appeared to be leaking. I was frustrated because it was under warranty but rather than fixing it they decided to continue to “monitor it” with each visit. Now that my limited warranty is up, I need this repaired but y’all are refusing to cover it. I asked for a simple oil change, $270 later, you rotated my tires (unauthorized) and charged me $60 to look at my brakes and routers. I will never come back to this dealership. I will tell every one of my clients about this situation as well. I will be contacting my attorney, needless to say, I’m furious. I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Prior to the name change, service was great, unfortunately that’s not the case now. Don’t waste your time or money here. More

I was extremely disappointed in Cable Dahmer. First they didn't come over to me when I entered the garage. Then Steve Morgan set me up to have things done on my car that should not have been done First they didn't come over to me when I entered the garage. My bill was $780, way above the amount I've ever had to pay for my regular services to my Buick. More

No patience for inefficiency. Service department should be honest and upfront with customers waiting on service. We wait 2 1/2 hours on an oil change. Worst experience we have EVER had and that says something! 4 phone calls confirming a car we were interested in was there and available. They even set an appointment time. Strange that it wasn't out front for us to see when we drove in. After being seated in the salesperson's cubicle we waited 15 - 20 minutes before he came back with the sales manager to tell us "Sorry, that vehicle was sold." They lied!!! Feel like it was the old bait and switch. They had plenty of time to call us back and tell us the vehicle wasn't available. They offered to fill our gas tank as they knew we had driven "quite away". Waste of our time and money! They didn't even call when we were on our way back home or the next day to apologize. Terrible customer service. We had been told that they were had to deal with but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Let me be emphatic - NEVER deal with these people. More
Wonderful Customer Service I worked with Megan, Chris and Johnathan during my vehicle search for a new Silverado. They all went the extra mile to earn my business. The only other dealership who's ever been this professional, courteous and prompt was BMW North Scottsdale! If you are in KC, it is worth coming out to Topeka. I also worked with a couple of the "big name" Chevy stores in the KC area and the customer service at Ed Bozarth completely blew them away. They have all of the same pricing and incentives. More
