Took three weeks to get truck ready for pickup and then three weeks later injectors go out. They did not honor any of what I paid for in extended warranty. When I purchased my car 2 years ago at this location under different ownership we were very well taken care of. Last year I took my car in for service, they said my power steering fluid was low and it a under different ownership we were very well taken care of. Last year I took my car in for service, they said my power steering fluid was low and it appeared to be leaking. I was frustrated because it was under warranty but rather than fixing it they decided to continue to “monitor it” with each visit. Now that my limited warranty is up, I need this repaired but y’all are refusing to cover it. I asked for a simple oil change, $270 later, you rotated my tires (unauthorized) and charged me $60 to look at my brakes and routers. I will never come back to this dealership. I will tell every one of my clients about this situation as well. I will be contacting my attorney, needless to say, I’m furious. I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Prior to the name change, service was great, unfortunately that’s not the case now. Don’t waste your time or money here. More

I was extremely disappointed in Cable Dahmer. First they didn't come over to me when I entered the garage. Then Steve Morgan set me up to have things done on my car that should not have been done First they didn't come over to me when I entered the garage. My bill was $780, way above the amount I've ever had to pay for my regular services to my Buick. More
