No patience for inefficiency. Service department should be honest and upfront with customers waiting on service. We wait 2 1/2 hours on an oil change. Worst experience we have EVER had and that says something! 4 phone calls confirming a car we were interested in was there and available. They even set an appointment time. Strange that it wasn't out front for us to see when we drove in. After being seated in the salesperson's cubicle we waited 15 - 20 minutes before he came back with the sales manager to tell us "Sorry, that vehicle was sold." They lied!!! Feel like it was the old bait and switch. They had plenty of time to call us back and tell us the vehicle wasn't available. They offered to fill our gas tank as they knew we had driven "quite away". Waste of our time and money! They didn't even call when we were on our way back home or the next day to apologize. Terrible customer service. We had been told that they were had to deal with but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Let me be emphatic - NEVER deal with these people. More
Wonderful Customer Service I worked with Megan, Chris and Johnathan during my vehicle search for a new Silverado. They all went the extra mile to earn my business. The only other dealership who's ever been this professional, courteous and prompt was BMW North Scottsdale! If you are in KC, it is worth coming out to Topeka. I also worked with a couple of the "big name" Chevy stores in the KC area and the customer service at Ed Bozarth completely blew them away. They have all of the same pricing and incentives. More
I have bought several new trucks from Bozarth. Every one was a wonderful experience and was always treated like I was the most important customer of the day. Knowledge of product, selection of inventory, pr was a wonderful experience and was always treated like I was the most important customer of the day. Knowledge of product, selection of inventory, professionalism and a genuine desire to make my experience the best was always given by the people there. When we window shopped on Sunday, there were cards left on the cars to tell us what to do and who to call and talk to. I found that to be extremely helpful. When my husband called the next day from work, they were able to get me in to test drive car and do paper work. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted within seconds by very kind salesmen, and they actually knew what car we were there to look at and which dealer we were to talk to. Ron was very very kind with us and very helpful. When we were waiting our turn to do financing, he brought us drinks and made us very comfortable. We were given a tour of the new show room (which is awesome!) and we just felt at home. Chris, who did our financing, was able to make calls to complete information I didnt have and just made it an all around good experience! I have never purchased a car from a car lot like this, and I have to say, I was very impressed by the operation there. I will definately recommend them and I will definately go there the next time I need a vehicle! Thank you so very much for your salesmen not being the stereotypical salesmen! More
