When we window shopped on Sunday, there were cards left on the cars to tell us what to do and who to call and talk to. I found that to be extremely helpful. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted within seconds by very kind salesmen, and they actually knew what car we were there to look at and which dealer we were to talk to. Ron was very very kind with us and very helpful. When we were waiting our turn to do financing, he brought us drinks and made us very comfortable. We were given a tour of the new show room (which is awesome!) and we just felt at home. Chris, who did our financing, was able to make calls to complete information I didnt have and just made it an all around good experience! I have never purchased a car from a car lot like this, and I have to say, I was very impressed by the operation there.
