After the dealership keeping my car for two days to do all of this with no phone call, impossible to get a hold of anyone, we were in touch with Brett in service who told us it was done. When we came, our paperwork was lost and NOTHING was done. Nothing. We were promised the next day it would be done by the "GM" and it was more of the same thing when we arrived. They lost our license plate first of all in the process of this. There was no extra keys, no valve caps, the inside of the car was left untouched and our salesperson Bobby even added he ran the car through the wash himself the night before. I guess my idea and their idea of a car detail is much different. The only thing that was done was the license plate bracket added, which didn't matter since they lost our plate. The exterior still had adhesive on it from their stickers, bugs on the front end, the whole process was a gigantic disaster. The "GM" saw us this following day when we were picking up our vehicle, I am sure visibly upset, and he didn't say a word to us. I have never ever been treated so poorly and played for a fool by several people, after buying a brand new $40,000 vehicle. Take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time. More

Kevin and the whole team at Hendrick Buick GMC in Kansas City were so nice to us and our popcorn loving son, super friendly and nothing was an issue for them. Asking all sorts of questions was not awkward at all, we drove away in a wonderful GMC Acardia that the whole Hendrick team made possible. Originally we came in with no strong, compelling intention to purchase a vehicle, if something happens then it happens, if not it's no big deal. It was brought to our attention that during Labor Day weekend only (the time we came in) there was a 20% off MSRP sale, we got 10,000$ off of the truck straight up and they gave us almost 100% trade in value for the vehicle I brought in. Can in about 10am and left around 6 pm but overall I say it was time well spent. Proud owner of a 2016 GMC Sierra Slt. More

I wanted to inquire as to what my options were to find out how this dealership would handle an "upside down" situation on my 2006 Envoy, which I had only had about 20 months. Anthony Harris was our Sales Consultant, and he was very attentive to our situation, and sensitive to our needs. after about 10 or so minutes of conversation, he stated that there was a good chance he could help us. after explaining my down payment situation and monthly car note, he showed us several vehicles that could meet my needs. we test drove one, a GMC Terrain AWD, and I liked the car enough to move forward in the process. of course, buying a car is always a time consuming process, so I didn't mind waiting, Anthony was very upfront about everything, and the rest of the staff were courteous and very accommodating as well. the process went over 4 hours, in which time Anthony bought us lunch, which was a first from any Car Sales Rep I've ever dealt with. just to shorten this up, we got the 2015 GMC, traded in my Envoy, and even though the payment was higher than I wanted, it wasn't something I can't afford. I would send any of my friends or associates directly to see Anthony, He made a long day very enjoyable. More
Horrible experience. Bait and Switch tactics used A few weeks ago I had been browsing new cars online and came across one at Hendricks that I was interested in. It was a new 2015 and had large discoun A few weeks ago I had been browsing new cars online and came across one at Hendricks that I was interested in. It was a new 2015 and had large discounts on it of 30%. I went on Hendricks website and did live chat, and they said they would have someone call me. They never called me. The next day on my break, I contacted them again, however the price of the car increased my almost $5000.00. I got a response back from a sales lady Lisa Scott asking me to come down to the dealership (78 miles from where I live) and I could test drive and they would appraise my trade in. I responded back asking about the price and how the advertised price was $5000 less when I had first contacted them and nobody called me back. She told me that sell ended the day before and the price was higher now, but the old price was still displayed on the website photos. The next day I requested a sales manager to contact me. Manndy Knapp (sales manager) stated the sales lady Lisa Scott told her about the situation and if I would come down, I could test drive the car and if I liked it they would work with me on the price. She asked what time I would be there so she could let the sales lady know so I responded. I drove down there, and that Manndy was not there, the car I inquired about was not there on the lot, and Lisa, with whom I had emailed would not work with me, said she didn't know I was coming. A guy then came to talk to me, said that the online price I first saw was a mistake and they fired the outside vendor that day who handles there website (which I didn't believe for one moment) and they would not adjust the price of the car any lower. I asked to test drive it. I sat there for a good 40 min and he never got the car for me to test drive. He came back with a sheet on what they would give me for my trade. Which wasn't even the poor vehicle condition trade value average. Also on top of the already $5000 increased price they added in an additional $1300 for some Appearance package he said they put on all of the new cars.. He wasn't willing to adjust my trade value on my car or even bring the car from the warehouse for me to test drive. So I took my keys back and left. They will never have my business and I would recommend every customer to do your research on your trade, do your research on the vehicle you are looking at, and pay attention to the extra fees they are tacking on that are not included in the sales price. Needless to say I went to a local dealer where I live, purchased a brand new 2016 car nicer than what I was going to look at there. I was also give $3000 more for my trade than Hendricks was going to give me. They are a bait and switch car lot.. Watch Out!!!!! More

It took us 4.5 hours of sitting in the dealership. The salesman that had been there for 4 months did not know what he was talking about. Didn't explain the car. Could not do the paperwork to complete the financing because he couldn't follow the chicken scratch of the closer. Once the closer was brought in, (didn't even say who he was) our salesman never talked to us again. We went in to pick up the title and the salesman didn't even talk to us or ask how the car was doing. They also promised us another set of headphones and they have not been in or back ordered or some other excuse. Very poor customer service. As stated in the heading they only want your money. More

Hands down the best car buying experience! I'm honestly not a person who takes the time to write a lot of reviews, but this dealership deserves to be recognized for their superior service. After having a frustrating week searching for a new vehicle (and plenty of experience dealing with other car salesmen in the past), we made one last attempt with Hendricks. From the initial phone conversation with Mike to signing the last piece of paper with Stephanie, everyone was courteous, efficient, and considerate of our time and needs. Most importantly, they were honest and straightforward. We never felt pressured, and they worked hard to find exactly what WE wanted--rather than trying to force a sale for their benefit. After speaking over the phone, Mike wasn't available when we arrived. The staff was extremely professional in teaming us up with Dominique who did an amazing job getting us into the vehicle we were hoping for. I can't say enough good things about her patience and dedication to her customers! Phillip was the sales manager who worked our numbers (again more efficiently than most others we've encountered), and Mike followed up throughout the process which we appreciated. Stephanie made the paperwork a breeze, and we have to give a shout out to Bobby for going out of his way to be friendly. Seriously, you just can't lose with Hendricks!! More
