I would request him as my advisor for my duration of service with you guys. I give Eric 5 stars for him being really caring for his customer. I want to add also that out of 2 other employees he is the only who greeted me and acknowledged my presence. Click to Copy More
My 87 year old father took his 2021 duramax in for a simple oil change and ended up with a bill for $500 dollars for repairs that a truck with 15k miles shouldn't need. Dad is a Korean War era tank commander and is hard of hearing. This place should be ashamed of themselves to exploit a disability to make a few dollars. I have contacted them several times and still haven't received a response. More

I'll never get that day back! Anyways, within five minutes of meeting my salesman, he was telling me how good he is and how he's the top guy at this place. Oh yeah, another one of these guys. If you're so good, you shouldn't have to tell the customer, they should be able to come to that conclusion on their own after the sale is final. Then there was the back and forth to the boss's office to 'work the deal'. He said he didn't want to waste my time yet it seemed like that was the only thing he did well. Oh wait, pushing xx extra's on me was another thing he did well. I told him multiple times I didn't want thousands of dollars (not) worth of options and he didn't listen. He just nodded his head and went on with his routine. Then there was finance where I got the same pushy agenda as I did with the 'top sales guy'. It's lame! So why didn't I leave? Because I didn't want to waste more time trying to find a good dealer and then possibly going through the same S somewhere else. Which, by the way, after talking to a friend, does seem to happen a lot. She was at a GMC dealer in Oklahoma and had an almost identical experience with the same 'routine' as I did. I would like to think most people know that when buying a vehicle, the dealer always comes out on top, but GD why does it have to be the same orchestrated experience everywhere!? More
Service Took my car in for service and tire rotation, 3 times I took the car in and they told me that they rotated the tires and they did not. I know this bec Took my car in for service and tire rotation, 3 times I took the car in and they told me that they rotated the tires and they did not. I know this because I damaged my front right tire and had it changed with a different brand and every time they say its rotated I see the different brand remaining on the same front right wheel,. it was not until I called them out on it and contacted Buick that they called me in and rotated it... I would never go back there for service or to purchase a car from them. I have now changed to a different dealership for service.. I wonder how many times they did not change the oil and say the did???... poor service... More

I really didn't need a new car as I was driving a 2011 Terrain with less than 23,000 miles but, as a senior citizen, I thought the driver assist stuff was right up my alley. Anyway, Tristan, the little **** (you can edit that out), knew actually what to show me. I bought a new Acadia All Terrain that same day. I bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but actually enjoyed this experience. More
