Felt very pressured to buy after driving a car which could not pass inspection. Car had a broken mirror and wax promised it would be replace in a day or two, next day got a call it was ready, picked up could not pass inspection. Car had a broken mirror and wax promised it would be replace in a day or two, next day got a call it was ready, picked up car and mirror fell off a couple blocks away, kept promising me it would be replaced and ready in a day or two, also tint was cracked and peeling, they made me an appointment to go get it retinted but went ahead and had it done without my input as to darkness of tint, it took over two weeks to finally get the mirror replaced and I was able to get my car. Lots of miscommunication and very unorganized. I DO NOT recommend this dealership ever! Worst car buying experience of my life! More
