They always do professional work on my vehicle and are always very polite & friendly. This time, when my car was brought around front for me, it had just been washed! I am made to feel important to this dealership & they are important to me! This is why i chose Brown when i purchased this vehicle, not all dealerships care so much for the customers. I live 3 hours away in Oklahoma and prefer to shop here!

Have had my vehicle in there 3 times every time I pick it up. It has a new problem that it has never had I highly do not recommend this place for servicing of your vehicle. They have messed my vehicle up instead of fixing it the owners are rude and the service guy angel gives you a run around my vehicle is a 2023 so it should not have any issues when it went in for a diagnostic on the way it shifted not a timing issue then now a cooling fan issue just to be told they havent done nothing wrong. I am going to be out even more money getting a second opinion and to figure out what is going on with my car after they messed it up

We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.
