I had trouble with my new Tundra about 20 mile from the dealership that required a tow truck. I called the dealer and and they put me in contact with a technician. We went through some diagnostic steps on the phone and he determined that a tow was warranted. Within 25 minutes or so the tow truck arrived and we were on our way. This all started around 4:15pm. Before lunch the next day the problem was solved. I am completely satisfied with my experience with the service department at Country II in Pampa. More

The salesman I dealt with was arrogant and not in any kind of rush. They did find out the vehicle I was wanting was available and brought it down from Borger- which was great. We lost everything we own in the wildfire and they were still more about making the whole commission rather than willing to help out at all. Yes, I could’ve kept looking for other vehicles at other places but I have 9 kids to get to places, time really was a factor. The car is perfect but we have to buy a new vehicle every year for the next 3 years for my husband and kids and will make the drive to El Reno. More
