Not only did he show me details on my car that were missed by other dealers, he took the time to answer all of my questions and then explained the intricate electronics of my new vehicle - and he then helped me set them up! Both he and Robert Charte, (business manager), set up a great financing package for me and walked me through an excellent extended warranty package. I definitely shopped around. Dishonest Practices When I purchased a used vehicle from Billy Craft Honda, the dealership failed to inform me of an extended factory warranty. This is such a bad problem When I purchased a used vehicle from Billy Craft Honda, the dealership failed to inform me of an extended factory warranty. This is such a bad problem the engine needs a rebuild or total replacement. I did not discover this until I had fixed the symptom twice. Now it's too late for me to use the warranty. Billy Craft Honda was completely dishonest and deceptive when they sold me this vehicle. They knew the warranty was in place. I still have a loan and now have a vehicle that needs a new engine. Shameful business practices at this place. Stay away! More
