CMA's Honda of Lynchburg

We bought a Honda CRV in March 2020. For the most part, the buying experience was pleasant. Service, on the other hand, is horrible. Like other customers have reported, you can not trust or depend on them. Over the past year I caught them THREE TIMES not completing what they said they did. I submitted a letter with pictures calling them out on their dishonest and unprofessional service practices. After receiving my letter, their service manager, Kevin Habermas, never responded. Not even a phone call. After waiting three weeks for a response, I sent my concerns to the General Manager, Kevin Hamlet. He also never reached out once. Nothing. They had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar and they had no response. Both of these managers apparently have zero skills in customer service practices. If you plan to buy a car from Billy Craft Honda and are not planning to let them do any service, you should be OK. If you do plan on using their service department, consider yourself warned. The Billy Craft Honda service department has made it abundantly clear that they just don't care. For me to take the time to write this review should indicate just how bad it is there. More

She and her colleague Rob practiced appropriate Covid-19 protocol. Upon deciding to make the purchase, the remaining process was efficient, including the final prep of the car for delivery. This dealership's ability to issue permanent license plates at time of purchase added to the convenience. Though we have yet to hit 1000 miles on the odometer, our new Civic has exceeded our expectations. Katy has followed up a couple times to confirm our satisfaction post-sale, and it is my impression that this dealership is motivated to create and maintain a positive customer relationship. More
