This dealership was better when it was Billy Craft, now as a CMA they don't care about the customers, just money. Over the weekend, I our speakers started making popping noises. We called this morning and they said that this is a common issue but because we hit 6 years in July of having the van, we'd have to pay a diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars and then yet again they couldn't tell us how much it would cost to fix it. I read up on this issue and I was a class action lawsuit as it was an issue with the model of the van and Honda knowingly sold it this way. If this is how the dealership treats its customers then it is time to use someone else in the future. More
