very ugly personalities from sales.to.service Went there for service on my 2010 Honda told them I had an extended warranty they said it didn't cover my service. Found out when I traded the car and Went there for service on my 2010 Honda told them I had an extended warranty they said it didn't cover my service. Found out when I traded the car and cancelled remaining extended warranty that it would have covered the repair but couldn't re-imberce me cause the contract had by then been canceled. Went talked to service manager and talked to him and let him know that and that when I had service I told them 3 different times about extended warranty, he advised me that if I had bought from them they would have known what I had I advised him I had told them when ordering part ,when schedule service,and when getting service about warranty to be advised that it wouldn't cover it. When trading at another dealerI was asked about purchasing another extended warranty which I dec)inedible for reason I thought I didn't pay for things only to discover that I would've covered if Billy Craft would've filled paperwork out. . Also talked to several sales and service manager and they told me that if I would have originally bought the car from them they would have taken care of me. Said I should have shopped local. I thought a customer whether sales or service was a customer. Will not EVER go to Billy Craft and wouldn't advise anyone to More
