New Vehicle, Good Price. But Bad Service I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Limited edition from this dealer. Valerie Mayer was the sales person and she was friendly. I should say I got a good I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Limited edition from this dealer. Valerie Mayer was the sales person and she was friendly. I should say I got a good competitive quote which I happily accepted to pay. They said they had to get/buy the vehicle with my exact preferences from a different dealer and had to deliver to me and I was okay with that. I specifically checked with the sales person on what would be the mileage on the vehicle and she said maximum of 25 to 30 miles on the odometer as this will be a new vehicle. On the day of delivery I found the odometer reading of 157 miles to which the sales person said that they had to drive from the other dealer. But when I asked from which dealer they got it, they don't have the answer. Its like they don't want to answer or were hiding something. Ideally when they get it from a different dealer they should get it over a trailer, not by driving. Still 157 odometer on a new vehicle is bad. Now I wonder if they have given me a new vehicle or they gave car used for demos. (I see lots of stains on the interior dashboard etc.). The other important thing is their service. On the day of the car delivery, it was raining heavily and my vehicle was parked in the rain. You cant find any scratches or stains under the rain. Ideally they should have parked the vehicle under a roof to show the customer the car and get a go-ahead for the delivery. The sales person said that vehicle is cleaned and is ready to go. Once I took the vehicle home and once the rain stopped, I could see lots of white stains on the exterior and interior. Its as if the cleaning was not at all done on the vehicle. Its as if they just left the vehicle in the rain for the cleaning. I did sent an email with the photos of the stains etc. Forget an apology, the sales person didn't even bother to give me an explanation for the bad service. They only reply I got is "Thanks for the business " :) :). Yes, I would suggest the dealer for the great/competitive offers they give, but please double/triple check everything. Just don't take the words from the sales person for granted. More

LOL, I was able to receive the type of vehicle and the interest rate best for the purpose of my needs, perferred cheaper payments, but due to money tied up in previous trade in that was not possible. I do know Joe and Talal did the best they could to get me into the type of car I was looking for, except for the color choice perferred, but this color is nice too and they did a little compromising to. Great guys to deal with, car is great and the service was interesting, but over all I am pleased with the service and the vehicle I did go home with. More
