Got the car I wanted, not the buying experience I was not happy with the financing part of my experience. I felt the finance department was pushy and kept asking if "I could pay a little more" when I was not happy with the financing part of my experience. I felt the finance department was pushy and kept asking if "I could pay a little more" when they knew from the beginning I was not in a rush to buy the car. I had a payment I knew I could afford and yet they kept pushing their financing and for me to increase my "comfortable payment" when I had already raised it to get the car I wanted. The only saving grace that this dealership had in my opinion was my dealing with Chad Taylor and Jeff Hunter. Jeff was efficient and took care of everything in no time. Chad was friendly and extremely helpful in trying to get things settled. Kim and the other finance guy were pushy and disrespectful at times when they insisted on their financing and higher payments.
